Nice and clean. Staff really friendly. Breakfast is rich. Little bit far from the city centre, but perfect for a stay of one or two nights before safari/my. Kilimanjaro.

The room is mediocre. Our toilet wasnt working when we arrived so we asked to have it fixed, and their solution was to put the bidet in the tank of the toilet with the water always running...which made the water overflowed, and which I had to adjust when I got back to the room. WiFi is spotty at best, but that seems to be the case for much of Tanzania. The bed is comfortable, and the hot water in the shower is on demand, so it is always hot.The restaurant is horrible. The quality of the food is just not what it should be for the price you pay...which is a LOT compared to most other places in the area. Also, the wait for that bad food was over 2 hours long...unacceptable.Avoid if possible.

Personally i think is among the great place to chill and get good accomodation in Arusha... If you got a chance to come to Arusha please dont Hesitate to go there... Youll get full enjoyment...

Lovely hotel in centre of Arusha City. Staff very welcoming & friendly. Would recommend a stay here. Price reasonable. Could do with upscaling breakfast options

A very nice place to stay nice staff food is good, its a bit far from town but close to the road, organized a nairobi shutle for me and it worked well.

Kamao has quite a taste...i love the hidden lounge its like a sitting room placed in nature.
