The receptionist/ spa lady really didnt seem like she knew what she was saying (both in Kiswahili and English) so didnt try the place. Price wasnt cheaper that the more bigger spas anyway .

I love deep tissue massage but often find that massage therapists dont know how to find the sore muscles and work deeply in them till they relax. Today I had Midi at Reflections Spa, and she was great!!! She really listened to what I want, and had the knowledge and physical ability to give a wonderful deep tissue massage. Their menu also offers hot stone massage and a massage with locally grown spices.

I went with my wife for the pedi/manicure but i stopped after the pedicure as it was horrible experience and not well done. I would not recommend this place to anyone
