Beautiful place.. Enjoyed their pizza and my go to favourite - Vanilla Ice-cream😄!! It is very quite and you can view the ocean from the top.. The place is artistic just like most Zanzibar places which made it very lovely.. Although I didnt like how the staff werent so welcoming.. I arrived there they just seated there.. But I recommend them for their food.. Really enjoyed their tasty pizza and white-smooth ice-cream..

Nice little fish and seafood place close to the ocean. Great view on a baobab tree and the local Fisher boats.Food is exciting, very fresh salads, nice seafood up to the local curries.Hilda is my favourite waitress there.

Friendly service & a great view. Food was pretty average but for a quick lunchtime snack, more than sufficient.

Ice tea had so much ginger is almost impossible to drink. 20 minutes after ordering they came and told me they ran out of what I have ordered. 30 minutes later still waiting for what someone else ordered. The next table got dessert before the main dish.

Rip Off!!We waited for 10 minutes, no service- then a young waitress noticed us.No problem.We ordered coffee and tea and were not seved a menu (were there before and so I know roughly, what the prices and items are).Ordered scrambled eggs ( normal portion of 3 medium sized eggs) and were charged 15.000 TSH !!! She rushed us out and we got a pink slip instead of a white one (so obviously forged ) .Bad experience! Wouldnt recomnend a place, where you get ignored and ripped off!!

Service is greatWe had late lunch and enjoyed it mainly because the waiter was good but also the food is good. It is about usd 15 per person on average. The restaurant is located on the first floor facing the sea and has basic local furnitures typical zanzibari. We enjoyed it.

The food was well prepared and served nicely. The mango juice I ordered had a smell of fish about it... The staff must not have cleaned the chopping board or knife between preparing dishes. When the sun is shining the view is excellent but you need to be ready to tolerate the noise from the street and beach below which is not always just background noise.

Came here as we were quite starving having arrived earlier by plane.I decided to try the local tangawizi drink which has the bonus of being carbonated and with ginger so it was geat for an upset stomach.I decided to go vegetarian and got an island salad which has avocados, cucumbers and tomatoes. I then got vegetarian samosas which were tasty as well.The restaurant has wifi that worked on and off but you didnt need to spend much time on your phones if you were taking in the beautiful view.

Nice view but beware if you pay with USD as they are not fair with the exchange rate, if you do not complain.

This place is utter garbage. The portions are insanely small in the starters menu. The main course portion is filled with sides rather than the actual food and came cold. I waited for my food whereas my friends got theirs and had to end up cancelling the order. Please dont waste your time or money on this place. It should be shut down.

Got takeaway from here and it was fantastic. Fried octopus, seafood curry and a thing of rice. It was so good I might go back again while I’m in Zanzibar. Portions were great, affordable! Definitely a solid choice when in Zanzibar! And they have a great view from their rooftop bar.

The best Zanzibar-style-smooties (mango+passion fruit) in Stone Town. However, food is average. Nice view over beach/marina. Tips: always check the total sum of the bill.

Great food, we had grilled sea food (25.000) and octopus in coconut souce (16.000). It was delicious. Mango fresh was great, pineaple fresh was not so great but very good. Only one minus was a lot flies when we got meal. Service was clean and waitress very friendly.

If youre particular about halal, tayyib food stay away as is alcohol served here even though it was not shown on the menu & staff assured me they are halal.

After having such a bad dining experience elsewhere, this was a breeze ot fresh air . Great food at great prices. With a beautiful view of the ocean . You will be absolutely delighted with this restaurant. Absolutely friendly and welcoming staff. Only downer is the bathroom facility.

Come only if you want beef. Nothing else was there to eat. Card machine was not working, menus are funny with all the typos but hardly legible. Worst meal in stone town. Do not go unless you like beef and pay with cash..

A cozy place with beautiful views listening to the waves of the ocean and seeing the coming and going of local people on their boats. Delicious food, abundant and at a good price. The service is very friendly and faster than in the rest of the restaurants in Zanzibar. The fried squid was delicious as was the catch of the days catch, with prawns, squid, octopus and king fish. Highlight that the grill octopus is delicious! Very light homemade muffins and delicious Zanzibar cookies with a good cup of coffee. The best place I have tried to eat in Zanzibar!

Merciless and senseless arrogance, laziness and greed. When the hall was completely empty, they tried to sell beer for 5 usd per bottle. When we gently hinted to them that the normal price is everywhere 5 thousand shillings, we reduced to 8. Ordinary fish - 50 thousand, a small portion of squid (starter) - 18 thousand. We wished them well and went to a nearby Indian restaurant with excellent service, beautiful interior, a good selection of food and drinks.

The food is amazing. The wait is quite long, but as I understand it, this is quite normal for Zanzibar. The portions are huge, stove-makers as a gift. The view is simply magnificent, the shade is not hot, the fans are working. The cost is not low, but it is acceptable for a beachfront restaurant and fresh seafood. There are cocktails too

High prices did not scare - a place with an ocean view, center. But small portions are sad. I do not recommend it.
