Wonderful place, green and quiet oasis in heat of Stone Town.It was pretty difficult to find as the directions on Trip Advisor were guiding to a wrong location.Its safer to use directions from restaurants webpage.The place is very nice and green. Quiet and comfortable with superb atmosphere.Food is great, all dishes were tasty, freshly made and elegantly served.But what impressed us most is the attitude of the staff; it was like dinning at friends place.I recommend Green Garden 100%

Delicious food for best prices, authentic, great menu and a perfect place for relaxing, chatting, just enjoying. Rarely to find a relaxing place like this in the middle of the town. Dont miss it!

(Its also for sale there, best one by far I had in all Zanzibar, homemade deliciousness.)Perfect balance of taste and spiciness.+Got a complimentary Orange tea, which was very nice-My food (pasta) arrived lukewarm, probably they wanted to serve same time as my fiancees pizza, which was slightly undercooked, but great taste!-Food took forever to arrive-WiFi has no internet connection when I was there.

Both as a restaurant and as a place to have a nonalcoholic cocktail, the place is very good. Plates are big and filling, and very well made (specially the burgers).The atmosphere, furniture and decoration makes it very quiet and cozy, and the staff is very friendly.It has WiFi, even though it isnt the best. One of my favorite places for a chilled dinner.

This is a pleasant place to sit and drink some juice. Ive had most of the menu at this point, and I recommend that you stick to the pizza and mocktails, which are fairly good. The rest of the menu is not as good.

We came to use the wifi not really counting it would be workable (as it seems to be the case in most Stone Town cafes) and not only was it ok speed wise, but the place has great smoothies is set in a lovely chill garden and you can sit on a sort of a balcony. Smoothies for 5000TZS, so not SOO cheap, but ok every once in a while.

The location is wonderful, a true green refreshing oasis in the middle of the busy stonetown. However, the food was awful. Uncooked and overpriced pizzas...

Positive:Beautiful space, beautiful plants, charming colors and decorations - such a gem of a space in the midst of Stown TownNegative:Tabouleh salad came without Tabouleh?!As a solo female traveler just wanting to get some work preparation done while enjoying my coffee and food, from the very first minute 2 of the waiters started talking to me, coming to my table, wanting to know things about me... I understand, I mean Im a beautiful woman but guys, a little bit more respect in how you treat solo female travellers would be fantastic and make us also want to stay and not get takeaways. One of them was telling me he should write a book about being a Bitchboy - I mean wow, never asked about any information like that!Asante Sana!

The ambiance is really nice and the food we got was nicely presentedBut:We waited forever for the food even though we were the only guests.The waiters arent exactly efficient (just pole pole). In addition, the whole meal was cold, the fries didnt taste fresh. The portions very small. Each dish had the same sauce, although it was described differently on the menu.Too bad, has potential for a lot more

Reopened 3 weeks ago after Corona and multiple management changes.Its a very nice restaurant and the staff and owner are friendly. The food is very tasty, nicely prepared, fresh and we all tolerated it well.

It is a beautiful place, located somewhat away from the most touristy area. Among many buildings, this beautiful and quiet oasis is born. Good food menu, but surprise: they dont have beer. They dont serve alcohol. The waiter was very nice to us.

Great refreshing nappies. The fish is delicious. The place is beautiful, a small oasis among the atmospheric city. They bring food quickly, which is important for Zanzibar, I was even surprised🤗

Wonderful little garden near Lukmaans (signposted!). Service super friendly and very tasty food (falafel wrap, burger, lots of salads, etc.) Pizza is Zanzibarian style (not necessarily something for people who expect Italian pizzas, but still very good! Wood stove!). Prices between 10,000 and 15,000.Still very quiet, because it is hidden and cannot be found in any travel guide :)
