A nice place to sleep, with comfortable rooms and excellent services. However, the use of staircases is annoying, they should consider constructing a lift.

Building is rundown, looks nothing like the photos on google, their website, and tripadvisor, incredibly noisy, no restaurant, no lift, no soundproof rooms as advertised.Pushy manager.Checked in around 12, left for lunch and came back by 5pm. Decided to checkout same day since I didn’t like the place. Manager still wanted to force me to pay for 1 night.Checked into Golden Tulip - was the best decision I made.

The hotel is generally good. It is located near darajani shops, the popular business site, making it easy for travellers wishing to buy some stuff in Zanzibar as gifts or for business. However, i had bad experience of power cut off during my stay, it went off and took some time to reconnect.

Stayed in their best room only for a night. Stained towels and beddings. Toilet roll wasnt availed. There wasnt internet. For 200000 Tshs would have expected better. Breakfast decent. Located in CBD. Worth a visit.

This hotel was opened in 2015 and located at Mlandege area, which is a very business area. In this hotel you can get single rooms and double rooms and triple or family rooms. In all rooms have big bedrooms, hot water, breakfast and you will sleep like a baby. Also this holet is located 2.5 km from sea port.

I would give it zero stars if I could..the manager scammed me of $248 by deciding not to refund my money even though I agreed to refund policy of 20% off original amount...Do not use!!!!!!!Dishonest manager blocked me on WhatsApp and has stopped responding to my emails. Not trustworthy

I have been going zanzibar from past ten year....This hotel is pathetic ,rooms a.c do not work....no lift, bad management....staying in this hotel was my worst experienceI will not recommend this hotel to any of my friends .

Its a hotel locaited at town near to stone town city, Zanzibar urban town cuty, its lively place with 5 star service, not far from airport and also very near to port.
