Spent one week in the lodging. This is a quiet place with fantastic pool, few rooms and bar/food yard, all of it located in a beautiful garden. It is a 5 min walk to the beach and the place is really relaxing. Host is great and is always available to help You with anything You would need. He is also a great cook. There is great ambience there and would love to spent some wonderfull time again.

Had a great time here, place is beautiful and service is exceptional. Food is definitely the best on the island (we have been everywhere in Zanzibar) they will go above and beyond for any request! Price is very reasonable for the service you are getting.

There are many reasons I really had a great time here. The friendliness of the hosts, the delicious food, the comfortable room with A/C... But. Most of all the cheerful owner and his adventure on building this place on the island was the cherry on the cake!

Wonderful family-run hotel-restaurant. Very close to beach, a small town and neighboring hotels and restaurants. Located at a quiet place on top of a hill with pleasant views and some nice sea-breeze. Food is delicious, both local as Italian food. Service is excellent. Surely will return here the next time.

Never been to such a cozy hotel. The feeling inside the villa made us felt like a big family. As soon as we checked in the manager, Cosmario and his family tried to help us very time we had an issue. In addition, the rooms were always clean and with a great decoration.Also, when we didnt eant to eat around Zanzibar the meals that the cook prepared for us were amazing. We will be back undoubtedly.

I chose this hotel according to reviews and prices. I spent 3 nights here. My impression is clearly different from references. I feel like Im in a completely different accommodation than the others. Lets start positively, the place is quiet very private with a family atmosphere and the strong story of the owner evoked in me a feeling of support. The kitchen is good, but after two days I chose the option to eat elsewhere. Tasteful pasta, pleasant rice, large portions. Simple salad. Breakfast is insufficient, there is no choice and on some days there was not even butter. The garden is beautiful and the pool perfect. Rooms very simple faded. Lots of things to fix. The worst was the shower head in the bathroom, see photo. The referenced wifi did not even appear. The willingness of the staff was very free, to arrange something was a problem. The running air conditioning before entering the room was very dangerous and unattractive. The icing on the cake was the warning from the owner about towels that the beach handmade was not on the beach, but in the end he let us go with a request not to roll them in the sand. It is a pity that in such a perfect environment for bussines, the owners cannot go against against earnings. I believe that this review will help eliminate the shortcomings and make the conditions more pleasant for guests. In my opinion, the price does not correspond to the quality of services.

The Italian owners are very nice and go very well. The beach can be reached in 1 minute, so no problem. The pool and grounds are very well maintained. It feels like home. Only to be recommended!

The owner of the villa is just a super host! And his Mom ❤️ who cooks so deliciously that there are no words !!!
