Baki and Moody are a great team. I switched to Baki from another school and he is a great teacher.. Patient, kind, funny and excited to teach any time of the day :) Love the lessons with the walkie talkies they save so much time.100% will be back :)

Cannot recommend him more, I was up and riding, (almost) independently after just a few days with him. He uses the best equipment and explains your mistakes well. Super school and super nice guys. Baki is a fantastic teacher. Hes really passionate about kiteboarding and teaching in general, so we felt perfectly safe, highly motivated and the learning curve was extremely steep in our first lessons. 11/10. I have tried taking kite lessons multiple times in the past, but never had such instructor. Bakki is a true proffessionalist - his great knowledge in kitesurfing both with his patogeny and positive character makes him perfect in what hes doing. Some things that impressed me the most:- lowest price of private hours in Paje- possibility to communicate in multiple languages (English, Suahili, French, Polish, Italian and I guess some more 😜)- usage of walkie talkie during lessons.I can hardly find any drawbacks of choosing this school, and will recommend to all of my friends travelling to Zanzibar.

A great team of two professionals. Baki and Moody are experts in their field. They know everything and can teach with details. You learn with fun regardless your level. They also provide good material adapted to any conditions. I really had good time and I would definitely go back with them if I come back to Zanzibar.

I can absolutely recommend BKite, it was an amazing experience. Baki is super cool, a very good, enthusiastic and motivated teacher and a pro rider. I was looking at several kite schools in Paje but didnt feel to pay a fortune to a big company with a bunch of international instructors. Baki used to work for one of the big schools, but now runs his own business out of his van. He has good quality equipment, he is mobile and flexible and nevertheless a really good instructor. I had 8hours with him as a complete beginner, started by playing with the kite on the beach, learning the basics then hit the water. At the end I was able to ride by myself!He speaks all languages (but at least English, French, Spanish and Polish for sure) so no worries he will teach you anyways!He is a real pro, keeps record of the time you spent riding, has radio if needed and you can pay by card at the end. Go for Baki, search for BKite, absolutely worth it!

Baki is one of the best kite instructors I know. He explains very well the several steps and has a lot of patience. His ever big smile is also very motivating. I had the pleasure of having Baki as my instructor in January and we went back in July with the kids. Now my daughter is also a confirmed kiter! I also recommend the downwind organised by Bkite. Moody is always there to help and save us when loosing a board or dropping the kite on the water. Thanks! And we will come back!

Bakky is an amazing instructor, the best I’ve ever had! My boyfriend and I became independent riders thanks to him. He is fun, patient and ready to give you plenty of advices.

A gem of a school among the masses! With the latest gear, including walkie talkies to make learning to kite surfing as easy as possible. Bakky and Moodie went above and beyond, even helping me out to get around outside of the surf lessons. Cannot recommend them highly enough-support this local business!
