Spacious rooms, good breakfast, perfect location and amazing beach.However often problems with the electricity and water. They have no generator that can fully cover the problem. Management does not know how to communicate well, but did give us a discount for the issues.No in house laundry and housekeeping staff is the most rude I met during 1 month of travelling in Tanzania.

Great location on the beach near cool restaurants and kiting spots and schools. The owner and manager are very friendly and accommodating. Yoanna was great. The room was large and clean and everything worked. The WiFi/internet was not great but that’s an issue everywhere there. Azizi cooked two great seafood dinners for us, with seafood caught that day. It’s a 3* hotel, but I would say the price matched or exceeded our expectations, the location definitely exceeded our expectations and I would stay there again.

Seriously the best places Ive stayed in all over Zanzibar. Aziz is very very very nice and arranged everything for us with better prices than anyone else🥰We were supposed to stay for 2 nights but we extended to 6 😅They offer dinner for 20,000 shillings per person and its unbelievable delicious with huge portions. Very fresh calamari, octopus, fishes and salad.

We stayed at White Sands Villa for 4 nights and our stay was just amazing. We loved the family like atmosphere ; the rooms are big, clean and well equipped. The delicious breakfast is served on our private terrasse; the owners are so lovely! Also the hotel is perfectly situated close to all of the activities around. We will surely recommend WhiteSands Villa to our friends and we look forward to visiting again!

Very basic and comfortable Guesthouse next to the beach. The room and bathroom is spacious. The view from the balcony is stunning. Breakfast in the mornings was yummy. The staff were very friendly and efficient.

Staff is very nice, breakfast is good and the location cant be better - on the beach. You can hear the ocean waves when you fall asleep. I also like the good and large shower. Only downside is the slow wifi.

Fantastic location on my favourite beach, beautiful apartments with magnificent furniture, discrete but nice staff, great breakfast. Just a pity that Ali, one of the two managers, is always trying to scam you on the price the day you leave, in spite of what was previously agreed.

Such a great stay we had there!!! The family running this place and Aziz the manager took a great care of us with ANY problem we had. The room itself was beautiful, clean, comfortable and with a beautiful view direct to the ocean. I loved my stay there and would defo stay again when I can!!! 🌟🌟🌟

Magnificent living room with a bedroom upstairs and a splendid view. Staff available, helpful and unparalleled kindness. Simple but sufficient breakfast (at the table in our room). Very beautiful beach, lots of entertainment and restaurants around this hotel, but very quiet for absolute relaxation. Private beach with deckchairs available. Very good value for money, I recommend.

Wonderful! Ive been here 3 days and I dont feel like leaving. We took the best room because the prices are more than affordable (3 people, 5 nights for $ 340 in TOTAL!). Beautiful, with good beds and views that will take your breath away.They serve a great breakfast and Azizi (the manager) is a superstar. It has solutions for everything you can imagine and for what you cannot imagine as well.Of course, pole, pole .. In Zanzibar, to these local places you have to come with a suitcase full of patience. If you dont have it, go to a luxury resort, it is the only place where you will find the European rhythm.

Very beautiful and pleasant place. Vigorous and responsive staff. Cozy and spacious, large and well-appointed rooms. Everything is done with taste and desire. One can feel at home, but with direct access to the beach and incredible views of the ocean. Own beach and large meadow - perfect for Kite and relaxation. Of all the hotels Ive visited over the years in Paz, its the best.

A beautiful place, good conditions, Azizi is a great and responsive butler! There are building activities in the yard and one of the unpleasant moments is to see the workers lying on the separate resting places of the guests - literally in front of the door of the room.Hair and food is incredible - tasty and freshly prepared! Congratulations to the team in the kitchen! what to ask for hygiene in the common areas. I definitely recommend this villa for a stay in Zanzibar! It takes a minimal effort on the part of the owners and things will be five stars!
