We had a lovely 3-week stay at this family-owned guest house. Located in the heart of beautiful Paje, almost everything you need is in walking distance, and it’s right next to the beach (our room had an ocean-view, too) where they provide sunbeds, free to use.The hotel was always fully booked but never felt too crowded, still there is always something going on and it’s never boring. The managers, Adriana and Simone are amazing, they do their best to satisfy their guests needs and are always happy to help with whatever you may need. The pool is taken care of all day long so it was always very clean. The food was good as well!

Very clean and comfort. The place is new with beautiful garden, pool and sea view. It’s a minute walk to the sea. Very kind manager and helpful staff.

It is really nice hotel in Zanzibar. The staff is very kind and helpful. I highly recommend it for everyone. This is the best hotel in Paje. :)

A small oasis a stones throw from the sea.Great location for shops and clubs on Paje beach.Simone and the staff are fantastic, always available and super friendly. The facility is clean and the food is great.My first time in Africa and in a guest house, I highly recommend staying in Fatuma house.

We booked and unfortunately could not get into this hotel due to the Russian attack on Ukraine and Belarus on 02/25/2022, because. all airports are closed. Thanks to the owners of the hotel for not charging fines and canceling the booking. I hope to get to you someday! All the best

The Fatuma House is a great hotel. All the staff are friendly. Adriana and Simone were such nice and lovely hosts. I already miss Adriana! The rooms are super clean but pretty small. There was always a great breakfast and the restaurant also offers very good food. The complex is beautiful, the pool is well-kept. The location is also great, a lot is within walking distance. Recommendable!

Not a real Seaview contrary to what was presented but the hotel is really right next to the beach and the shops. Good meal, quiet and well kept place!More little cats 😍

We had a good stay at Fatuma house. Simone and Andriana are very welcoming and warm people. The setting nothing to say. The rooms very clean. The very generous breakfast, the very clean swimming pool. The beach is opposite. I advise you to go to Fatuma house because it is top big kisses to Simone and Andriana

(spriz with an impeccable prosecco made in Italy), autonomous generator to avoid the annoying black outs!Very well finished rooms that lack nothing!
