If youre looking for a place to stay in Zanzibar, this is the place to be!We booked this hotel as a group of 24 people and didnt regret it at all! The location of the hotel is great, the beach in front of the hotel is super relaxed, which makes you forget all of your sorrows. The manager Walter does whatever he can to make your stay a fabulous one. The staff is very kind, friendly and ready to help you anytime. They kept repeating that they are here for you and thats how weve experienced it too! The food was high-quality, big compliment to the chef. Special thanks to Simon, Mzidie, Khadija, Salim and Walter. Thanks for taking care of us!

This was my first time that i visited Zanzibar. I had a very good stay. The staff was very polite, and make you feel at home. Everything was clean, and the food was delicious (it was definitely a 5 star experience). The accommodation was very close by the beach.I recommend the accomadation, and i hope to come back soon.Special thanks to the Restaurant staff and Mdizi, Simon, Salim, Walter, Khadija, Tina.Also special thanks to the staff of Makuti tours (they have a desk in the hotel), for organizing all our excursions. This was my second time in Zanzibar. First time I’ve stayed in Melia (Kiwenga). This time in Sun Bay, i have had a great stay, even better than Melia.Sun Bay is a small hotel, but with 5 ⭐️ service.The food was absolutely delicious. Rooms were spacious and always clean. Clean pool and nice beach. The staff was wonderful, very polite and know you by name. I had a nice massage on the beach.Absolutely no comments for this hotel.A big Yes is that Makuti Tours has a desk in the hotel, so you can book all your tours or transport at once. Big shout out to the hotel staff from cleaning to the restaurant. Special thanks to Walter, Mzidi, Khadija, Simon, Tina and Salim.I hope to come back again soon.

Went here for lunch. Great food, fair prices, fast wifi, comforting ambiente, professional staff. I also booked a massage afterward and it was very relaxing.
