I have been there between 21 to 24 february 2022, this is a good hotel and clean, the quality price ratio is ok but only 3 things to change,the housekeapers are letting the doors open when they clean and no care of mosquitos si i get surprise on night when i sleep i wake up on 3 am because of mosquitos. People african they dont care mosquitos or what. This hotel have only mosquito nets on Windows but not around bed.After, i have asked a steak minutes which came after 1h30... with soja sauce and a lot of salt i cannot eat... Why they add a lot of soja sauce ? I still dont know but i didnt pay for this steak... And wait again my new orderThe personnel is nice but they asked me to pay 13dollars because i break the hôtel plastic card in my back pocket, and i was oblige to pay, sucks !!!The swiming pool must be closed because the location is not suitable to enjoy and it is in between the 2 Big building and i dont imagine the conditions of the concrete steel bars foundation After the long-terme contact with chlore water... Could have some damage and settlement but non body monitor these buildings ? Be carefull of thé swiming pool seepage boss check it, i told you because i am civil engineerI will ask a better hotel next Time to my company

Tried to eat the restaurant and was told we had to pay per person to be on the property to eat that the restaurant. There was 3 of us and we decided to eat elsewhere.Not a place to go if you want to eat unless you are staying at hotel.

I have been staying sunset vista hotel 3 months. Here no hot water facility at all time. We need to inform daily to switch on heater. And laundry service is only office timing. If I need laundry service I need to take off my work and to give them to laundry. This is seems poor hotel management and poor customer service.
