I liked the environment, but I did not like how the workers are so proud(the ladies), I think they should learn that they get payed because of the guests therefore I think being professional is not enough but Ethics is more important. The waitresses was not paying attention when I wanted to ask her about breakfast(okay girlie things)and they were even blaming each other in front of us and gossiping about us and I heard it.I couldnt tell my man because he is a foreigner and he did not understand Swahili. I got angry and did not want to continue to feel that way because of them so we left.I suggest that the employees should be trained about Ethics and Integrity at work and how to be friendly even to those who they think they dont like.

It is a good place for travellers. Drinks and food are available. No swimming pool though, nothing for kids nothing to make you go crazy. But if you need that calmness, that opportunity to talk to someone you love in a quiet but romantic environment with a whispering wind, that is the place

We stayed only one night on 8th Dec. 21 and left...Proud receptionist girlie gave us a 60K room behind the reception. No wifi there!She denied to give my wife a second towel!! It was only after my strong protest expressed towards her supervisor that we got an adequate room and of course enough towels... This young man was the only responsible staff we found in that hotel.Night was super noisy because of a night club across the street.The breakfast was ok. The waitresses very proud again and the fellow customers who obviously had their stay payed by their job appeared to be the golden boys playing the cinema roles of their lifes: the conference is starting!...We left very disappointed but also very amused to a better place called MAMBOLEO downtown.

If I were to chose my wedding place I would go back to Mwitongo! No enough words can express how best it is. I call it Kigomas princess! It is like walking in heavens gate.I took my fried fish last Saturday, it was very delicious, the food was served on time without delays.My drink was very cold yeah I enjoyed it under that verandah. Imagine taking a cold Drink in a green verandah with all kinds of attractive flowers. I know you know what I mean.Toilets are very clean. Oogh dont talk about the pavements Lord knows how much I miss the place, it is among the modern hotels fitted with disabled people pavements/accessibility.Mwitongo should be ranked in top three best hotels in Kigoma, thats my view till I visit another hotels maybe.....For football fans hahahahaa go to Mwitongo you wont regret, they got various Television sets fitted everywhere. You can watch and enjoy as much as you can.It is a place you can take your families for a weekend out. You wont regret.Good enough, you can pay your bills through bank or other mobile transactions.I can write about their rooms, breakfasts, gardens etc but let it be known that the place is cool and greatI will ask the Owner/Manager to offer me a discounted price for one night so that I can come back to review rooms/accommodation.Thanks much

A well deserved place to stay and relax while in Kigoma town

Its new and classy..a little bit overpriced but other amenities are intact....DSTV...wi-fi..classy finishing touches and green aura..

Nice view... environment friendly... buildings well distanced and allows good air flow... variety delicious and natural food and even drinks available at affordable prices...and security guaranteed.
