Found this place online and came for a quick lunch. The service and general seating was good, they also have a hand washing station which was helpful. There are plenty things to order on the menu for any taste buds and price range. Our food items came out hot and tasty, they weren’t the best but edible. I probably would not come back as there are other food places in the area but here is okay if you are on a budget and strapped for time.

I visited the place has a very poor customer service an order of Kuku choma with Garlic batter nan took 2 Hours... I hate the service. They are very careless... Take your family if you dont have any other place to go.

Great place in Tanzania for a multi cuisine meal. You will find Indian,Indonesian, Chinese cuisine here. Food is quite nice and delicious.

Good ambience and nicely setup.. though tables are too close with each other..We ordered pousine ribs and chicken labnani..The labnani was good.. but the ribs were not so good.. not cooked properly and the pousine sauce tasted wierd.Like self service salad and coffee tableOther thing they were in a hurry to take us out as other customers were waiting for them.. the way wanted to be done with us was not a good feeling 😏

I came back from Canada and visited mamboz. I ordered chicken and it was completely raw and I ended up getting food poison a few hours later!The Service was terrible. I leave for Canada and I hope I get better. Personally, I feel like even 1 star is considered merciful.

Great place to chill out with family either for dinner or brunch. Food was good!One thing surprised me and i didn’t like it was a menu price written in words.However their prices are very affordable i highly recommend this place.

Came here with my work colleagues. Restaurant was very busy but we were seated straightaway. Didnt have to wait long for the food......starters arrived promptly and PIPING HOTTT!! all in all, very good service, would defiantly go again.

Ample parking space. Great food. Had my butter Naan and sizzling chicken. Fresh juice as well, talk of a mix of passion and watermelon. It was a quiet night as well. Loved it that way. Great set-up for a group eat-out too.Happy birthday indeed thanks to my lovely wife.

Outdoor restaurant with a recreational vibe, Ambient lighting is nice, not very big but well organized, slight wait and crowded on weekends, food is great, proper pricing , parking is available, staff are friendly, good place to grab a worthy meal.

I am a vegetarian and was hesitant to visit at First. But it was one of the best dish I have had in Dar es Salaam. I would recommend to my friends and family to visit here.I also had the ice cream which was good.

Good food, great ambience and well spread out. Typically the pizza is wood fired and thin crust so its great for the taste bids and not too heavy for the middle section..There is an authentic bongo flavour in the variety of flame grilled items such as the grilled Sekela chicken, its more ambitious and spicy cousin the Gajjar chicken and also the multistage kebabs and sizzlers on the menu. The grill and roast section is perhaps the best in terms of taste and the overall rating among various restaurants in the city.There is also a variety of curries but that I find it to be a bit inspid (being an expat my own taste buds yearn for more spice) though for my kids who are perhaps not as accustomed to eating spicy food, they love the place. Good stuff.

This is the first time Ive eaten from here and so I was a bit sceptical, however Im really glad I did. The food is affordable and the portions are pretty decent. The manager or whoever picked up the phone, was literally the coolest person ever😅 he was very friendly and kinda funny which enabled me to actually place an order. The food was good (the chicken) since thats all I had. The fries could be better. They delivered it to me with their menu. How sweet.

Food was nice, chicken hot and spicey, well cooked. The only downside is the portion for chips is small and also regular soft drinks are highly priced but i guess they are trying to promote their in house drinks.

I have went there at least 4 Times. The great taste in food is always consistent.Wide space. You can go with friends and family.

To say mamboz is the best is an understatement. The quality of the food is Exceptional. I had dinner five times at the restaurant. The butter chicken is AMAZING! And the kukuchoma 😍😍 all Im saying is. When you visit Dar es salaam this a restaurant to go to. You wont be dissapointed

Just did my first order via Piki...must say the delivery was prompt. But the garlic fries were a tat bit raw. Flavour was there, but the potatoes were slightly underdone. Everything else was on point.

I tried this place because close to my hotel, but already at the appetizer I regretted having chosen it, I was served dry and scorched mishikaki, without words, so hoping I could spoil a beef fillet medium cooking, recommending me several times with the waiter, I am served meat cut into pieces that was all but certainly not tenderloin, having said that if you want to drink a coke as they dont make it go there, or even a tamarind juice (that was good, he made to earn a star) but otherwise with half price I ate better at 500m ahead in front of the samaki. To absolutely avoid! If you want to eat obvious!

It is a newly famous place and has a lot of branches in Dar es salaam where the food is to die for!! They have everything from appetizers to desserts that youll love the best.

Incredible chain of BBQ restaurants!Definitely the best lemon chicken in Dar, and the tandoori chicken, mishkaki, and nundu are worth a try.Believably popular with families and groups so always watch out for weekends and busy evening hours.Also keep an eye out for their other spots around Dar (Kisutu, Uoanga, Masaki, Dar Free Market)

Very nice resurant with alot of delicious food

The service of this restaurant is pretty good and so is the food. Especially the Bbq side. And not to forget the view, parking facilities and seating arrangements are commendable. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

I come here regularly with my boyfriend. Good food and the Masaki location adds a bit of professionalism to the whole Mamboz franchise. The Kisutu location feels more real but the Masaki location is more convenient.I recommend the Sekela and the Lemon chicken. The chips are really good.Its not a huge deal but they dont serve alcohol as they are Muslims so it is worth noting if it is your first time

Average food, focus is mostly on bbq items but the indian and chinise cuisine can be improved. Had ordered chicken pousine but seems like was served chicken pilipili.

I have been to different Mamboz restaurants, the good thing about these restaurants is that it is located at a place which is very reachable to get to, nobody can get lost getting to the place, the food is nice and delicious, good customer service and also quick services. It one the good dinning places around the area.

The prices are fabulous. Plus a free and self service salad bar!!!So went back to this place, ordered sekela chicken because it always looks nice on other peoples plates well guess what!!! Super disappointed. The chicken was not smoked which I expected😥😥😥😫😫

First time I had sizzling chicken; the quantity and taste was amazing. With the best avocado and strawberry smoothie. The second time I had chicken mancuria and noodles. Best vanilla milkshake I had ever tasted.

The food is good, however there are too many options to choose from and it takes significant amount of time to be served. I ordered mango juice, but it was powdery and did not taste good so they changed it to passion fruit which was good. The garlic cheese naan was okay, but I would order normal naan next time. My malai boti came after I had eaten all the naan and my colleagues were ready to pay the bill, however it was delicious and juicy. I recommend they narrow down the items they serve and specialize so it is less overwhelming for customers and takes less time to be served.

Just had Lunch at Mamboz Masakai, will not eat there again. The waiter does not understand English or Swahili, and got our orders wrongs.When paying i asked the the lady behind the till if they had removed the incorrect items. She barked back that she did. I suggest some customer service training for her and her staff.The only person who gets a 5 stars is the Manager, he came over and sorted out the order and shook my hand to say sorry. If only the waiter or the lady behind the till could have not looked so annoyed.Will not go back, was my first time there in Tanzania but also my last.
