The area is clean.I ordered the beef bongela cheese burger w/fries, and my wife had the lamb cheese burger w/fries. Bongela = double burger. Burgers comes with tomato, onion, and optional chili sauce. We both agreed it was worth the shillings. We also had mango passion juice and lemon mint juice, both superb. Food was ready in about 15mins, hot. Staff was friendly and courteous.We would definitely return.

A good and best place for mouthwatering burgers. Delicious burgers at an awesome price. Patties are a good size, nicely seasoned and grilled just right. Friendly people. Small but cozy location -- creative with the upstairs seating and set up. A new restaurant so still sorting out some of the kinks.Updated review: This place started off great and has only improved since opening. Service is quick, staff are wonderful, and food is still delicious and good quality. Restaurant now uses buzzers to alert customers when their orders are ready. Caters to diverse crowds which is great to see. Prices remain the same, very affordable. Great work!

The food itself is very good but the delivery from the app that Burger 53 created had me waiting for 1 hour 20 minutes. The food was cold and the experience ordering from them wasnt good. I probably wont be using their app and Ill order from Dar Free Market in person. Bad delivery from B53

I was visiting the Chingaz pride a food container near to Burger 53. The Food and ambience is amazing, the prices very reasonable. If you get a chance try their Middle eastern cousine. Excellent food, value for money.

Went here with my friends during midnight time though staff were closing the place down, i requested this lady at the counter to serve us and she walked to the stove to check with the chef and agreed to take our order, that was maximum hospitality and top notch of proffesionalism.

Great Food truck concept. Small menu to choose from with a waiting period of about 10-15 minutes. Burgers are great, well seasoned, the buns were fresh and soft. Quick order time and service.

Its just an ordinary burger for the price (Tsh. 6,000 is kinda expensive for that quality) and I think they are tasteless. I believe burgers from #HOTBOX are still the best local burgers. Otherwise, the place is neat and cozy, service is good and the brand is okay!

This was a bang average burger joint. Maybe the burger places in Dar have a long way to go, but I was confidently told this was the best burger joint in Dar. Well, it might be, but that sets a really low bar for burger joints in Dar. You know when you take a burger out of the bottom of a freezer and youre unsure how long its been rummaging down there. Well, this was that. You only do one thing in Dar, which is eat. Sadly for me, this will not be on my list when I visit again.

100% for the service, the waiting procedure is Innovative given sound devices which vibrate when orders are ready, i the best pineapple juice here, cold at the right exact value the best Pinacolada as they call it, I have tasted better burgers in Dar but for the prices they offer and options its a place yo reckon with, prices are super fair, service is good, customer friendly and fast. The burgers are of fair size and the meat is juicy, the outside parking is ample with sitting benches that accomodate variety groups of people, the way they serve is beautiful its quite an innovative space for foodies worth paying a visit, they close late which is also quite nice. Umbrellas for shade are also available.

The burgers are really great, no doubt. Had one cheese burger and fries. Everything was perfect, from the size of the burger and the fries to their taste, feel and smell. Theres no indoor seating (although they do have a covered lounge upstairs) so how much you enjoy might depend on the weather. The staff is good too and service is reasonably quick. Overall a very good experience, highly recommended.

Burgers are nice and fullfilling, i prefer beef burgers over chicken. Also introduced lamb meat burgers but didnt find the taste much appealing. Reasonable sitting space. Chicken wings used to be very nice now they are ok. Staff is nice (might do a follow up to ensure your order is not forgotten and to avoid inconvenience - this is no common though). Overall a nice place.

Great food, hygiene and great customer service! Friendly staff that also speak English. We need this sort of customer service across TZ. As for the burger and chips literally to die for it is like eating at any American diner joint in the UK, to be honest even better! Im definitely returning and have been recommending! Love the freshness and quality of the burgers at this joint. Fries are nice and crispy too. You have to top it up with your choice of fresh juice.Prices are not cheap but not exhorbitant too for the quality on offer. Sitting arrangement is under the shade of a tree, table not shaded would probably be a bit uncomfortable especially in peak summer

Really an average type of burger whilst still being a lot better than others I have had in Dar, but I really was expecting so much more! The patty was delicious but that is about it, no options for toppings other than the basics ketchup, cheese. I love avocado on my burgers! Good burgers but nothing to scream amazing about. Quite disappointed

Seriously these guys have the best burgers in Dar and i am not exaggerating. The beef tastes great and you can actually see and smell that it came from the grill. Their fries are awesome too, love the seasoning on them. And the best part is their prices are so good. All i am hoping for is for these guys to open more outlets, join Jumia Food or start offering their own delivery services

The burgers were really good tasting with the nice flavor of charcoal smoke (vs chemically smell/taste left by coal briquettes found in the U.S.) and perfectly cooked. The fries were good too. The restaurant is essentially a container set up as a kitchen. There is sitting upstairs and downstairs. Finding parking inside the compound is a big hassle and very disorganized so I would recommend taking a taxi.

The food is awesome. My only complain is my leftovers werent packed and brought to my table for a long time until I forgot about it - I remembered it this morning when I was looking for it. The waiters need to pull up their socks!!We were there for dinner on Tuesday 17th MarchAt around 8 pm and left around 9.30 pm.

Burger53 arent meant to be gourmet burgers, as some other reviews seem to expect. It is essentially street/truck, and they hit near perfection in achieving that. The grilled patties are made using a quality chuck and never frozen. They do not drown the meat in sauces, the flavour of the beef is the star and heightened by a house spice. The buns are flash grilled and fresh. They only have..3 items on the menu. It shows that they know what theyre doing, and I appreciate that attention to detail. Theres none better in TZ.

Juicy succullent mouth watering burgers made of beef, chicken or lamb. You can have your with cheese and chilli and if you want, you can make it a double Pattie. The french fries are nice and crisp and you can request for yours to be extra spicy. Option of spicy chicken wings also available. To wash these down are the usual brand of sodas available in The as well as fresh juices in the flavours of mango passion and grape . Open from 11.53am to 11.53pm.

Burger53 makes the best no frills, straight forward old fashioned burgers I had in decades.I came from work late last night and past by this place sort of by coincidence. I was looking for some mishkaki. But the really kind attitude of the gentleman taking the orders, the first impression I got from the place, made me change my mind. I decided to have a burger, something I had given up a long time ago.Im glad I tried. They braai / BBQ the patties outside on proper charcoal. Out comes the perfect burger, not too messy, not too dry, just right, worth every shilling. Ill be back for more, you got me hooked.

Honestly this burger joint gets a 5 out of 5. The taste of the burger is just so great it catches you by surprise. If you want a marry brown burger with half fresh half cold drenched in fat burger and nothing original about it then dont go to this place because what they give you here is a burger with thicker meat than a chicken or regular hamburgers, just like the burgers at home. The ballance of the tastes is right the burger is juicy and succulent glittering and bursting with taste.The bread is fresh and strong not some super sponge bread that becomes like dough at the end of the meal! Good vibe.. The burger is good but when u eat it, u eat with stones.. When it first started the burgers were amazing and no stones but now i dont think if i can go back or recommend anyone to go.. Am not the only one who has said it but a couple of friends of mine have experienced it.. So i dont know what the problem is coz ur not only eating the meat but ur gonna chew an swallow stones..
