This is one of the low budget hotel in dar es salaam. U may get at 35k tzs.Room are ok for solo travelers, they also give breakfast which may give u extra benifit.

The Hotel is nice and clean, it is located in a safe area right at the City Center and the prices are very reasonable. I recommend it for anyone traveling on a budget.

The worst hotel i have ever been. Very unfriendly staff and when you want to check-in the are dealing about the price. They want a higher price, than they advertised at the reception. There is no really check-in, you don‘t need a passport or anything. You just give the money and you receive the room. I think the staff put the money in her pocket and the owner of the hotel, didnt know.The staff at the reception is always on her mobile and very lazy, they are ignoring you. The blanket and the towel in the room were very dirty. There were cockroachs on the ground and other insects. After 5 minutes in the room, there was no electricity anymore, the whole night! I thaught maybe 1 or 2 hours, but there were no electricity for 7 hours.The only good thing: the hotel is close to the ferry terminal.

If you want to be close to centre or ferry - top low cost place, i had spacious room, clean bed, fan, hot water, was catching ferry to Zan early next morning so very convenient for 15 usd

The worst hotel. bad service,not working to wifi, online booking have breakfast but not to exist by offline booking. Bad room conditione. Everything is worst of worst !!

Budget hotel. No backup generator tho but located close to the port incase you need an early morning to catch the first ferry out to Zanzibar

Its a cheap alternative if youre low on cash and you need to spend a night in dar es salaam. I wouldnt recommend it otherwise.

Horrendous. Staff were rude , they charged me a higher rate than what was clearly advertised in their own reception, the room was full of cockroaches and i got bed bug bites all over me!!!

The only good thing about this hotel is that its close to the ferry, only 5 minute walk

Reinforced concrete block without elevator. very central. breakfast included in the price. in some rooms there are cockroaches, in almost all mosquitoes. no hot water. daily formal cleaning. the shower pressure is very weak. its up to you to use a bucket to wash, recommended for those who want a spartan experience.

Very good hotel for the budget, very clean and not a single beast met on the two nights spent on site, well located, lovely staff, I recommend!
