Good customer service. Advisable to pay in local currency if youre a foreigner, its cheaper that way. Dont forget to try their ginger tea before you leave

No i did not hate the place. The hotel is good and as well its provide good services most of all it has an affordable price and is located at the Dar es salaam CBD.

Poor service, i got my room changed had to wait 30mins for room service, after that they gave me wet bedsheets n blanket, very unprofessional. Wont recommend for stay here

I loved the air conditioning and the food it was very good...

The place has the worst customer service the food delays to be brought on the table and when you have it its called the receptionist doesnt know how to handle clients. The room that was in had dirty bedsheets plus dirty flow my fellows room had cockroach.

Situated on a rough road centre of the market area. Convenient for buying almost anything you need. Reception staff very friendly. Lift working fine, a must for a 20-storey building Small clean aircon room. Double mattress uncomfortable. But what the heck for $15 what do you expect.

The rooms are always clean and adequately air conditioned. Well done.

Zero customer service Staff are very noise early in the morning while cleaning departure rooms and corridor areas. Bedsheets are very only full of stain towels as well.

One of the nice hotel in kariakoo, it has nice view of kariakoo streets.The hotel has restaurant, and it is located in one of busiest streets in dar es salaam.Also it Id near to darts bus stop
