Nice hotel in Arusha with good location. We recommend this hotel for our Gladiola Adventure Ltd safaris, self drive car rentals and Kilimanjaro trekking to overnight before and after their tour. Good parking size, Swimming pool and great service for wonderful workers.

The hotel itself looks pretty decent and you feel safe staying there. The room was also good, but the bathroom felt dirty and the shower head didnt work properly. Also at breakfast some of the boiled eggs were bad!

The hotel itself is okay and the staff is very nice. The bathroom was not nice though, just felt a bit dirty and the shower didn’t work properly. The worst thing is the food! The restaurant is just terrible (what was called a filet steak turned out to be the most disgusting piece of meat i had ever seen). And at breakfast some of the eggs were bad!!!!

Nice hotel with restaurant and swimming pool. We have been placed in a room without hot water and then changed to another room with a limited hot water.We choose this hotel because it look more luxury than it was

Such a cool environment with a Swimming Pool which is not crowded.The bartenders are Very welcoming. The rooms too were big enough with a very fast Wi-Fi.

Double Rooms are small and cramped.Rooms smell if close to kitchen.Dinner menu isnt great.The bar staff play weird YouTube Videos on repeat.Breakfast is good.

A tranquility hotel and Spa. Spacious rooms and nice food.

Stayed two nights at the end of safari. The hotel is fine, the restaurant is very nice and the staff polite but there are issues.Location is in a very unpleasant area if you want to venture for a walk. The 3 or 4 blocks to the main road are intimidating particularly in the evening.The area is noisy if your room faces the street behind the hotel.The worst for me were the bugs. I was bitten badly by flees or other bugs here. More than in  two weeks in the bush,  and I fear I brought those bugs back with me. Very disappointed about this, as otherwise the hotel is fine, Room 203 may need to be checked for bugs.

We stayed here before and after our safari. The safari company put us here and we were pleasantly surprised. Driving through was interesting, with pot holed dirt roads. We made a turn and all of the sudden we were at a nice hotel with a beautiful pool area, open air dining room and nice lobby.

I definitely can recommend that place!The staff is really friendly and the place is cozy and clean...It’s also not far from the airport (like 15 min with the taxi) and close to the centerFurthermore is the staff always willing to help out when questions accur

The hotel itself is very nice and quiet. It is reasonably priced too. However you are likely to get lost especially if you have trust issues with the lovely google maps lady(voice). She will tell you to turn left and you will doubt her because the road leading to the hotel looks like one big market. Hawkers all over blocking the road. If you do get over the trust issues you will find the hotel with very friendly staff.

The hotel was nice the rooms, breakfast and pool very good. I was very disappointed with the restaurant staff! My family and I were asked to wait for 15 mins while they fixed us a table and instead they gave it to a white family that had come after us. This is highly unacceptable....valuing white customers over Africans! I made a lot of noise and the manager offered dessert for my family as compensation!!!! The hotel needs to address this with its staff.

Tulias issues started when our room was not equipped with a bath or safe which were both mentioned on the website. The room was comfortable and clean, but very much a bit of a concrete cell. The food was not the best, it seemed the chef was confused as to which cuisine they were trying to achieve with their menu. There were no face washers in the room, and the fridge was only on when you were in the room so keeping anything cold was almost impossible.The service however was always pleasant and friendly and could not be faulted. Their taxi driver however, was nice but very hard to communicate with and left us stranded at Themi Falls, leaving us to walk home in the rain as he did not come and pick us up.

Nice hotel to stop at before you continue your trip from Arusha. The furniture is a bit outdated but there is everything youll need in the room. Its not expensive and it has a supermarket near by. The staff was very nice and helpful. Food is ok.Overall its was fine, its not fancy but for the price you pay its definitely worth the price.

We enjoyed the stay at Tulia Boutique very much. The room was clean and large. The bed was comfortable. Plenty of hot water and cold water. The food was excellent.

This a budget hotel with good service and reasonably good rooms. We stayed here 2 nights during our recent visit to Arusha. The food is overpriced, but the service is good. They have free Wi-Fi, a decent restaurant and a quiet room. The location is not great, about 200m from the Nairobi highway, the approach pathway is an unpaved street. It didnt matter much to us because we headed out to the national park for the most part of the day.If you are looking for a good room in Arusha and dont care for the neighborhood of the hotel, Id definitely recommend this.

The place is nice although its Wi-Fi is kinda slow but the services are great n the workers are friendly it has a nice swimming pool as well the pool is clean always.
