HORRIBLE PLACE EVER🤢🤢🤢🤢I wish i can give NO STAR AT ALLI arrived it was around 10pm it was raining i called the reception lady from the car if there is room they discuss and one shouted yes there is room.When i was about to step out of the car the security guy came and tell me the upper floor there is no electricity nor water so clearly no room so i had to left.But what kind of customer service is that😠 why the security guy have to come to tell me what was the 4 ladies doing there???

A good place, drinks and foods

We booked via booking com and when we arrived there they didnt know or have our details about booking and was full booked we had to stay at the reception till morning. We left there but what we saw on the picture doesnt depict the real thing. I wont advice anyone to book there.Bad experience for me

Worst place to spend a night, rooms full of dust, water leakage in the bathroom, and poor customer service

Avoidable hotel with nice accommodation near kilimanjaro international airport also easyer transport to moshi town or Arusha city

Its a good place to stay all the time
