Bathroom: The water was not soaking, the bath tub was dirty and it had brown stripes like a zebra. Also the tap, it didnt have warm water.Food: They dont serve food whatsoever.Customer service: Very polite and professional. I guess it was the facilities were just not for me.

So stunning! After a terrible stay at another lodge, Shaahid from MTRS recommended Ivory Lodge for my next stay. And what an amazing stay it was! Beautiful, clean rooms, safe and tranquil environment and delicious food! An absolute must stay! I was actually sad to leave! Looking forward to my next stay. Room 3. Not enough towel available.No toilet roll holder, toilet loose, fridge door holder broken. Bad TV display quality. Had no hot water in the morning

Place is rundown. Pool is not in usable condition and they keep lying about it being cleaned. Rooms have cockroaches, no hot water (lukewarm throughout) , do not believe the ratings. Worst accomodation experience ever.

Has everything you need for overnight accommodation. Friendly check-in staff and clean linen daily. Just wish there was better shower heads.

Disappointed that things people complained about 3 years ago still an issue when we visited. Cockroaches in the room and the pool being dirty by now should have been fixed. The owner clearly is not interested in correcting this. I will not be visiting again.

A really nice place and quite spacious too. I stayed here with my 2 siblings and it was big enough for us. They didn’t even charge me extra for brining my little sister too. The receptionist was very kind and generous. The only thing I’d change is maybe have better shower curtains and a mat next to the shower so you don’t make contact with the cold floor after a hot nice shower! I’ll be visiting again!! ♥️

Booked into the economy twin room and the aircon was not working, the plumbing was bad that water took ages to go down the drain, my booking was not recieved at reception even after I booked on their online option and made a bank deposit before arriving to the venue days after.For the tea services, I expected there to be milk (powder or liquid) but ended up having to choose to go buy my own milk elsewhere...Not a great experience...

The room is clean and spacious. The bathroom is to die for.

The rooms were really stunning and the people were friendly. But the air conditioning in the rooms didnt work well at all. We almost died kf heat. And the shower wasnt the greatest. There was not enough pressure and it was either super hot or ice cold. I would stay here again, if just like to mention these things so that management can do something about it. Fixing these minor things would really increase the living conditions here.

Ivory Lodge is one of the best accommodation business around the Polokwane area, most certainly because of their low price range. The experience is one worth thousands of rands, but hey... You dont hear me complaining.

Everything was horrible. The facilitimy was so dirty

There was no hot water, my friend and I had to leave at 5am, I informed the receptionist of this the night before and she assured us that the security would be there to open for us. There was no one to open for us, no one to call for help. If there was a fire we would have died as no one from Ivory Lodge was there to assist in any way until much later.

Best experience ever, we hosted 2 of our Trade Shows at the venues CONFERENCE room, it was a pleasure to be there. Staff was friendly, rooms were clean and the food was divine. Looking forward to hosting more shows in #2020

Quite hidden, yet offers some comfortable rooms, clean linen all the time. The likely hood of returning here is high since the prices are a lot cheaper. Items in rooms need a bit of attention like showers and sometimes delayed maintenance affects guests comfort.

The accommodation and care is extremely good.

This place is nice and quite, its affordable and loved the service, I arrived late for check in I would have appreciated to be called as courtesy to find out about my where about and if im still coming(Just saying) but all was well in my stay

The place is dope and easily accessible and lovely veiw in the room the problem is that the Wi-Fi havent given a password as it was required. Apperantly it wasnt as thew free Wi-Fi. Dont get me wrong the place awesone

The lodge is close to important things, easy accessible. the problem is that i had to bath with Cold water in the morning. they gave me different room to bath but the water was still cold.

A nice place but I would recommend that they apply chemicals to kill the cockroaches in the bedrooms.

They have only SABC channels, mnet and etv. No mzansi majic, no Supersport and no news channels. No microwave in the room and will be staying for two weeks. Im here for work, this place is boring

This lodge has a small conference centre that is ideal for small to medium events we regularly host continuing professional development courses here. The service is good and the food options are always tasty.

Ivory lodge is a quite place usually I book there when I am about to write my exams. Just to have a peaceful of mind... I also booked lapa and swimming area for my husband surprise birthday braai. Twas wooow
