Honestly this place deserves more attention, it is an amazing little restaurant with fresh food geared towards healthiness. Absolutely AMAZING juices that you can create with your own mix of fruits, very good seafood (the tuna deserves a mention of honor) and very relaxed environment.

Really fantastic little restaurant. Great food, spectacular homemade juices and sodas, and really reasonable prices, which is especially rare in this part of Stone Town. They definitely need better signage though. Without Google Maps, theres no way to find it.

Our favourite place in stonetown! Great fresh juices (the ginger booster is mind blowing) and simple, but very good food. We especially liked the grilled tuna and the pan fried prawns. Nice, calm atmosphere (compared to many of the big places).

My fiancee and I have been coming to Lazuli for years. Whenever we are in Stone Town we eat here at least once a day, but usually twice. Its not open for breakfast but they are great for lunch, dinner, coffee, or a late-night snack. Ammar always has a smile and makes us feel so welcome. If you come, try the iced spice coffee, a smoothie (they are all delicious) and a salad or wrap or honestly anything. Its all fresh, healthy, and delicious with unbeatable prices.

We went 3 times out of 5 days in Zanzibar. The food was delicious and the man who does the service is really nice. Its a small place but the food packs a punch. They have simply the best spiced Ice tea ever. Ive never tasted something like it. You gotta go just for that.

This little cafe is tucked away behind stone town cafe and is worth going to instead. The fruit smoothies were wonderful. And I mean even more so then the many others we tried. The food was also nice, the South African style bunny in particular. Service was good. And the place had good ambience and a pleasant breeze.

Excellent cafe nestled in the streets of Stone Town. They need better signage so they can get some foot traffic! The staff are very friendly and we had two delicious wraps and two great smoothies. The coconut curry wrap was especially fantastic. We plan on stopping by again before we leave Zanzibar. Food does take a little while to come out, but it is well worth the wait and you know its made fresh!

Stone Town is full of little gems and this is one of them. Just follow the dirt road next to Stone Town Café and Dolphin Restaurant and right after that first corner is the entrance. Very low key but very much like a neighborhood restaurant with very friendly staff. I had the fish burger and it was very juicy and completely delicious. And WOW! That lime-avocado-coconut smoothie was fantastic. And guys, if you read this, I’m coming back tomorrow for the fish cakes, so don’t forget the tuna at the market in the morning ;-)

This place is really cute and just off the path of the main road with a more authentic feel. The food was delicious and the people friendly. If you are in a hurry let them know as the food can take a while to arrive. We ordered the spiced ice tea and spiced ice coffee, coconut curry and sweet n sour prawns. Came here with a girl from my hostel for a light dinner after visiting Prison island.We both got a vegetarian dish which included a chickpea curry, rice and some vegetables. The quantity wasn`t a lot but it was sufficient for us both.

Although I was the only person who was eating at the restaurant in that moment, it a quiet little restaurant just off main street in the stone town. The more important thing is that it has an amazing iced coffee 🤤 and you get so much food for a literally nothing. I think more people need to visit Lazuli for its welcoming staff and food then the over-priced cafes just 50 metres but on the main street. I dont regret to have fulfilled my hunger at peak lunch hour at this cafe! :)

Let me save you a lot of time and effort to find nice food in Zanzibar. Come to this place. Food and smoothies are excellent so are the prices. We were really satisfied and we came here every day. We tried so many places in stone town and we were really disappointed or we had to pay Europe prices. So this place came to save us .

A small and intimate restaurant with really delicious food at great value.We are vegans and we were delighted to find this place. They make everything from scratch, including the wrap for the avocado and hummus veg wrap which is delicious.The chef salad of mango and avocado which comes with chapatis, was yummy.Must have the fresh smoothie juices made with mineral water.They do serve seafood and chicken, but it is the closest we found for a health food restaurant in Stone Town. Really awesome!

Tucked away in a small road off the main Shangani Road, this place offers great food and some of the friendliest staff ever. You wouldnt notice it at first but once you do, youll be glad to come back every so often.Great place in the heart of Shangani!

At first you dont get some impression, but when you try some of their treats you will find yourself mind blowing.

It take about 45 minutes before we started getting our food, but then main course came straight away after the starters. All the food was delicious, and the curry wrap was especially innovative and impressive. Smoothies were great too. So prepare for a little wait, but then one of the best meals in stone town for sure

Drinks were nice. Try the iced spiced coffee or the mango smoothie. The food was the worst we have had so far in Zanzibar after 2 weeks. Seafood platter came with sliver thin strips of over cooked squid and several small prices of chicken.

Great place! In Zanzibar, I like places, of which most, where there are no semi-finished products, blanks. Everything is done as soon as an order is received. Which makes you wait a little longer, but get a specially prepared product for you. Fresh (juices) at a height, as actually throughout Zanzibar. Try mint with lime, it is refreshing.Also, Mexican wrap with ground beef, guacomole on a warm tortilla was on top - I write and want to come back for it again.My husband took a burger, french fries are delicious, but my wrap is better.

Great place for lunch or dinner in the center of Stone Town. The food was very tasty and was made at the moment. It combined typical Zanzibar options with healthy food and has a wide variety of shakes and smoothies. The attention from the staff of 10, they even accompanied us to find an ATM and made us feel at home.

It was great to travel alone and take a breath. Mango smoothie is delicious. The food comes out a bit like a childrens playhouse. Beef burger breaks expectations and tastes great skewers. Potatoes are ready-made items that can be found anywhere in Jinjibar Island. Once you do that, you have to wait 40 minutes by default assuming no other guests. The guests who came behind me waited without hesitation. Stonetown comes in its taste. I dont have much to say about eating fast.

My girlfriend and I went to this restaurant numerous times during our vacation. It is next to Lukmann the restaurant that has the best price-performance ratio in Stone Town.The waiting time is 45-60 minutes, even if you are the only guest. This is normal for most Stone Town restaurants. The service is very friendly.
