If you get control number from government the only place to pay is this bank but its too crowded

Unfriendly, pushing people to pay fees at other places. Non Zanzibar people not welcome.

Tourists are not allowed to use the ATM, a guard standing outside politely informed me its for locals only.

They shifted to another location this used to be a peoples bank but not anymore
