Worst customer service. Either the staff dont know what they are doing or arent interested in working. Youll get zero help from this particular branch. And in general DTB is particularly a poor bank when it comes to customer service.Walked in when the ATM wasnt working and was just told with no apology or explanation later after I asked when will the ATM be on again

Long queue always. Employees are talking each other and having fun. They dont care about the customers and their valuable time.

Security guards are not professional and rude.

Worst bank service in Zanzibar. No management presence and very local attitude
