I could only get tsh200000 at once, didnt see the option to get tsh400000. In that case the commission was tsh 15400, thats why I can not recommend this ATM as there are cheaper ATMs available.

No organization at all!1) Card issued by this bank with no name so I couldnt use it anywhere. Transaction simply forbidden2) 2% comission when you withdraw money from your account - no matter private or business. I really really regret I decided to make an account here.3) No one single operation was performed okay, everything upside down.4) Now I spent here 2 hours just to get the money.5) At any inquiry they will tell you they must ask someone and of course, they will answer you get minimum after 2 weeks.6) Internet banking was done after 1 year they did an account but it wasnt possible to use it because they put all possible limits, which of course, they could not remove.7) Im writing this review waiting (3rd time already) when employee went to ask someone if he can give me my money.

The bank is guarded by armed guards, ATM accepts visa but there is a charge of 15400. The ATM is not at the actual bank but on the backside of the bank.

Never use them. Their ATM stole my card while we were trying to make a withdrawal to do some sight seeing the day we got here. We had to wait until the following day to even try to get it back. They made us wait two hours the following morning because only two people on the island have keys to open the ATM. We had to get the manager from our hotel to help us, and he said if we hadnt gotten him, it would have been longer. Never again.

Offers lowers fees to withdraw money with European account. Never had a problem. With other banks my CC got stuck inside.

Used to have a bank account here but had to dismiss it because of the poor service they had. I have leaned that they have improved their services now...theres an ATM as well however it tends not to work sometimes

For a 50,000 TZS withdrawal, the commission is over 15,000 TZS (excluding your local banks commission).

Convenient but hefty TZS15400 surcharge to withdraw money.

No problems and guarded round the clock.

The good thing they are organized

- I got banknotes in bad shape at a bureau de change, so nobody wants them here.- I went to this bank and they replaced me direct tickets .. phew saved because it was the money for the day ..- About their exchange rate and everything Im not sure, but they did me a favor. Then it is a well-guarded place.
