Dont let the old good reviews deceive you. Maybe there used to be a great chef and good service, but as of today, none of that exists.We ordered a simple meal so we could eat and run elsewhere (rice and beef, fish fingers and tuna fillet). It took 1 hour to get ready and that was at non-peak hours.THE FOOD: As you can see in the photo, my meat was chewy. More chewy than bubble gum. Was given a table knife to try and cut it up and that ended as well as you can imagine. 🤦🏾‍♂️ the rest of the dishes are nothing to write home about.I travelled with my uncle (in the pic) who is a chef and also works his small restaurant but he was underwhelmed by what he had. He couldnt fathom how they messed up fish fingers.THE JUICE: Let me save you both money and time. Just order something already bottled and made elsewhere. Fresh juice is basically water with a flavoring. Bland as they come. Asked for cocktail and got mango only 🤦🏾‍♂️If youre into tourist traps, this is the place to go. But if you happen to go to Nungwi and also want a good meal...there are literally hundreds of other options along the beach and even slightly behind it. Choose any of them and Id bet they will be better than what is offered here.

My two friends and I stayed at this hotel. The food was really very good and the peronal is super friendly! Especially the burger was better than in other restaurants!

The restaurant is beautiful, the service is normal. The coffee was brought in - half spilled in the saucer. We took a warm salad with tuna - not bad. Lobster soup - the presentation is beautiful and the soup is delicious, but it is impossible to eat literally, since the meat was apparently beaten off along with parts of the shell, it seems that you eat with sand and you come across a lot of fairly large parts. Waited more than an hour for the kitchen when landing at 3-4 tables. Wouldnt recommend this place.

Excellent establishment. We took beer and seafood soup. They brought another compliment in the form of popcorn, which is rare here. The soup is amazing, I highly recommend it. Service as everywhere - field field. We liked.

Nice restaurant, located right on the ocean. Very nicely decorated, liked the seashell curtains. A varied menu. Popcorn is brought to the beer. Loved the tuna tartare. Very tasty. The menu contains original dishes, for example, crab soup, served in coconut. There is draft beer.

The seafood platter is great, the quantities are sufficient for three people. The food is the best in all of Nungwi. We waited 45 minutes to eat but it was worth it! Delicious !

We stayed for 4 days here, having drinks and enjoying the beach. Friendly staff. Serve popcorn for free. Varied menu and good looking food. We only tasted snacks and they were very tasty.
