What a fresh quality in fish and seafood. One of the best experiences in Nungwi. What an obliging staff. They do everything to make you happy. After we discovered it, we came everyday. We tried everything except the soup.It was a few minutes walk for us. You can go along the beach or through the village. Both very safe! Good prices.

Incredible seafood! We had the five spice calamari, seafood curry, and grilled tuna. All 3 dishes were exceptional (the curry sauce is one of the best things Ive eaten anywhere and I cant get over how tender the octopus was) and we would have ordered more if we werent out of cash. Friendly people and a beautiful setting, this is a do-not-miss restaurant in Nungwi!

We had lunch in this restaurant yesterday. Food was very fresh and good, we had a sea food platter and enjoyed it a lot. Prices are not high and the view is great, the ocean is almost at your feet. The staff is extremely friendly and nice. We recommend this place

The Food is very tasty and the guys are very friendly.The grilled tuna is very very delicious.And the Curry seafood was different , it has coconut.Also he give us a gesture plate (five spice calamari) for free, it was very delicious.Highly Recommended.

Lovely place. The dining area is not super decorated (its just tables and chairs in the sand), but it has a great view of the sea, the staff were very friendly, the food was very nice, and the prices were very affordable. Can recommend.

This is a nice little beachfront restaurant at a quieter part of Nungwi. We came for lunch and had the 5 spice calamari, grilled kingfish and seafood curry. The calamari was crispy and there was a good amount of mayonnaise with a hint of chilli. The kingfish tasted fresh and was well seasoned with salt and lemon. We also enjoyed the seafood curry, the octopus in particular was really tender. Service was friendly and watching the kitesurfers was a bonus. Would recommend.

We liked this restaurant best of all the restaurants in Zanzibar. The atmosphere right by the sea is fantastic. The fresh juices and the fresh food are very tasty and also very inexpensive. The staff are incredibly friendly and you can tell that they enjoy their work. Even when there was a power cut, they knew how to help themselves with candles and cooked us a delicious meal anyway. Very friendly service and a great place to find moments of refreshment from the sun;)Returning to the assessment of the meal, I must admit that the food is tasty but not crazy. Strangely seasoned rice, great fries made of real potatoes, soft seafood. Unfortunately, the curry sauce is very thin and not very intense. I guess they dont know how to make real curry locally, because its not the first time that the hook of tomato sauce tastes good.

Despite the ridiculous amount of flies due to the proximity to the actual fish market (sit outside the railing to avoid this issue), the food is diverse and cheap, with portions being pleasantly large. They dont have alcohol (can be acquired and brought back from a bar 5 min. away), so bear that in mind. Enjoyable seafood experience, can recommend.

They bought a big fresh tuna at the market the day we passed by, so we gave it a try and ordered local noodles with tuna and vegetables and it was delicious! Really great tasting food with great view. Simple and relaxed place with passionate staff. Thank you :)

Terrible! The grilled shrimps were not fresh and smelled like they had been in the sun for half a day. All seafood is marinated in something disgasting - its not freshly caught and cooked seafood. They seem to marinate them, cook them all at once and then warm them up all day 👎👎👎🤢

All seafood is served with rice, fries and vegetable salad. So when ordering an octopus, you will also be served all of the above. The prices are low, the food quality is excellent and the food is delicious. I highly recommend trying the curry. Also lobster and King fish really liked it. We tried their local pilau with shrimp - a delicious but pointless thing. Lots of rice with shrimp and some salad. Better just take shrimp and it will be the same, but there will be more shrimp. A good place. The prices are low, the food is delicious, you can ask them to cook the seafood you brought. We bought an octopus for 15,000 shillings per kg, cooking with 2 servings of salad and fries cost another 20,000. In total, for $ 20, we got a delicious, hearty, voluminous dinner for two.

Expensive, flies! The place is clearly overrated.On the side, the locals clean the mountain of octopuses, and all this attracts flies to your food.We had to wait a long time, even for fresh fruit. There is no alcohol, not even beer. The side dish is not tasty - rice and french fries. Fish is common as in a hotel for all inclusive.
