We were very happy with our Safari organized by Shah in the summer of 2017. Very good communication with the office staff, notably Ms. Luizer, to prepare the trip. Excellent Safari trip with guide Michael, who is modest but very knowledgeable, sensitive to your needs, and manages to find a lot of animals to see! Good quality Safari vehicle. Good choice of lodge style accommodation to stay in. A few venues visited on the side ... one souvenir shop, one Masai village, which were also well chosen. The use the Mountain Inn in Moshi as their base camp location. In 2019 this excellent experience was repeated with my son and his girlfriend also making a Safari trip with Shah and Michael and a cook, using camping grounds this time, which was also great.

A fantastic company! We climbed kili with them and we cant fault them at all.They collected us from the airport at 2am with a smile and the hotel they use is beautiful! Ive even written a blog about them so if youre unsure whether or not to book. The answer is yes!

I went to Mount Kilimanjaro 6 days along with mountain glide, cook and 4 porter. They are excellent, friendly people they look me very well, checking Im doing, making incredible food, and keeping me motivatie to reach the summit and it took me few days to reach the summit and it all thanks to the mountain glide, Calvin. He is an incredible company, excellent communication, and entertain. He know exactly what to do, knowing your limits to walk up top step by step, he give you a information of mountain and make sure you are prepare to walk to the hut and the next.I like to say thank you to Calvin and his co-worker for excellent service and company. Highly recommend.

Stayed at their hotel and utilized their Porter+Guide services for Kili-climb and Safari in Ngorongoro NP, Serengeti NP and Tarangeri NP, in September 2016. Only words that come to my mind are Superb and Perfect, on all counts !! Surely, want to go again.

Stayed at the Hotel after booking with Shah Tours to climb Kilimanjaro, my luggage failed to arrive at Dar es Salaam Airport via KLM Amsterdam therefore summit attempt changed until climbing gear arrived. The Hotel got my luggage 3 days later and our rooms were minimal but comfortable 4 us to enjoy day trips out and visits to Safari and the amazing Ngorongora Conservation National park and the Olduvai Gorge before summit on Kili. The porters appreciate when you tip, take plenty of pens, multi-device knives for the guides as trading in Tanzania is great for them, along with taking t-shirts that are sports branded go down very well with the wood carvers. Safety is paramount, not from the crime but the wildlife ;-) Being so close to the equator the night skies are simply staggering. Enjoy!
