Would not recommend this hotel. It tries to be a good all-inclusive hotel and the staff do their best but the food in the buffet meals are so sub-par that the all-inclusive concept falls flat. Basically all fish and meat products were of bad to super bad quality. Minced meat full of bones and sinew. Prawns smelled of rot. Even the fish dishes left a lot to be desired. The only saving grace was the vegetarian alternative.The hotel offers premium food and drinks but the food was of the same type lacking in taste and quality.Fortunately we had a beach cottage room. Had we been housed in the apartment style complex buildings, the experience would have been even lower.Im usually content with a hut on a beach to get the warmth and ocean feeling but if you buy an all-inclusive stay, your expectation levels go up. This hotel did not meet the expectations.

Wow ,what can I say this was great week away, mainly due to this hotel.Zanzibar is a wonderful island so where ever you stay the views and beaches are wonderful. This hotel went the extra mile, staff very friendly and always smiling.The rooms are perfect. Clean real value for money. Air Conditioning was perfect.The food was excellent three meals a day (to much food) and cater for all. Thanks for a great relaxing week.The most important thing to note is you get what you pay for.In this case we got much more than a 3 star hotel normally offers.The pools were great, massage perfect. We purchased a package and were well aware we were not paying for 5star accomodation. Generally speaking its a lovely resort. Really nice pools, right on the beach with a lovely jetty bar for easy access into the water...clean, comfortable.My only gripe was that it was just difficult to get ice cold drinks. It was so hot and drinks were served warm and pretty much had to beg for ice.

Territory looks nice, fun activities like stretching and aqua gym, good size pool. Normal ( for all inclusive) cocktails, nut for every cappuccino and Normal beer prepare to may extra 2,5 dollars. Food generally after 3 days becomes tasteless, meet is always overfried and sad tasteless deserts. Fruits were nice and sweet, which is nice, and there are always something to snack on during the day. What was not expected is that ocean water was amazing 29 degrees, although was absent for half of the day😅but it is just low tide:).

Do not go to this resort if u not prepared to relax,enjoy the peaceful surroundings and excellent customer service.The SPA is a must do.TAMER and his team are awesome.Food is good.More variety can be added. Some swimming pool accessories like floaters,etc for kids an option to consider.Excellent, polite staff all round.Jetty is too cool.Overall an excellent resort

Very friendly staff, lots of activates planned in-house - dance and variety talent shows, parties, yoga, billiard tournaments, karaoke nights etc. The resort has a spa with steam rooms, sauna, massage therapists etc. The food was a buffet style and had a good variety of dishes. There are 3 swimming pools on the premises, private entrances to the beach and plenty of areas to lounge and relax. Theres a game room with a TV, pool table, table tennis, kid-friendly. The resort has its own boutique and Tours office which makes it convenient when making plans. There are hair dryers in every room as well as shampoo/handwash/towels.

The staff are very friendly and extremely accommodating. They all worked as a team to make our stay even better. The resort is fantastic where the moment you step into the hotel reception you feel totally relaxed.From reception (a special thank you to Ngulele), house-keeping who made the room extra special, restaurant manager, John and head chef, the animation team, especially Muddy, guest relations manager, and to the general manager, thank you all so much for making mine and my daughters holiday fantastic and for making my birthday memorable.A bonus was the the monkeys in the resort , entertainment and activities, and having the choice of 2 pools. The only feedback I can give for improvement is to modernise and improve some of the rooms and facilities inside the room. The wifi provision could also be improved but may be beyond the hotels control.Overall, you wont be disappointed for choosing this hotel resort, and it is catered for all types of travellers. Keep up the good work guys! Thank you once again.

The hotel is beautiful with a spectacular view of the ocean, good and diverse food, very friendly staff especially Tony and Mudi the two entertainers, who had various activities every day for guests, almost every evening there was some event, good drinks and diversified. Thank you for all.

Very Friendly staff. Great environment. I saw the red colobus monkeys right outside my room! I love how they built the brigde around the trees instead of cutting them. Rooms are very basic- no tv, fridge or phone. You must walk to the reception to get assistance for everything and anything. The rooms were clean. Great house keeping.Food was average. Drinks on all inclusive were ok.*The booking team is terrible. It took too long to get a response for all my queries via email. There is no phone number to call so the only other option is whatsapp which is handled by the sales team, a totally separate team that has to prompt the booking team to respond to emails. This was terrible and would make them lose customers. I almost gave up when booking*😕The main swimming pool was fantastic. They have 3 bars. I really liked the one on the jetty. Fantastic breeze.If you like quiet places away from the city then this is it. You take one hour from the ferry and the airport to the hotel. It is remote so you must use a cab to go anywhere, the hotel will organise for you upon request.The hotel had excursion activities organised daily and if you want to sample the night life they also had a van organised to go out 🥳

We spent four nights at Reef and Beach and had a great time. We had the arrangement including breakfast and dinner, which everyday was plenty of choice. The live cooking station which often cooked different fish prepared the best fish we ate in Zanzibar. Also the staff that work here are really polite and helpful. If you enjoy talking to people and learn a bit about their culture, you should definitely take some time to do so.Although the location is a bit remote and with the weather conditions on Zanzibar it is sadly too far to walk a walk to the nearest village Djambiani. You dont have to leave the resort however, everything you need they have it or can provide it for you, for a price of course. If you want to see more of the island Would definitely recommend renting a scooter. Most sights are reachable within half an hour, like Jozani forest, mangroves, Mtende beach, Mkungi etc. The on-site Crab tours will be able to provide you with one, a local drivers license is required. Depending on haggling skills a price between 30 and 40$ can be arranged, with an additional cost for the drivers licence. Car to Paje would be about 20$. All of these can be organized at local taxi stations or requiring a Whatsapp number of someone for often a third of the cost.All in all we had a great time here with also great excursion opportunities, evening entertainment. A few things can be improved, which we told the staff at the end of our stay; the beds are hard, real hard. People that have back issues or have a hard time sleeping should really avoid this place. Also the dessert options are quite numerous but day by day they seem to taste the same, would recommend sticking to fruits as dessert.

It was a great experience. It has daily activities, during the night as well. Room servicing was top notch and the pool and beach facilities very good.

Absolutely love this place. Staff are exceptional. Management went out of their way to make my stay perfect. Location is stunning. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Entertainment staff were very friendly and really went the extra mile. All in all i cannot recommend enough!

Awesome and endless ocean views, friendly staff, reasonable prices and mostly good food. The Jetty bar built into the sea is definitely a jewel to this resort.

We stayed 7 nights in a Bungalow and loved the room - especially the beach views. All-inclusive was a nice touch (and very good value) especially when drinks were readily available. I would say the food was generally a disappointment - lacked the quality and variety that I think we expected - but we were happy to try other places nearby too. The spa was very good - thanks to Tamir and the masseuses - and the hotel was very good at recommending and arranging excursions and transport etc. The in-house entertainment supplied was a little bit on the cheesy-side, but certainly had its moments. Staff were very attentive and always friendly.

A well deserved break on an island is just what one needs after all the drama of the past two years.The Reef & Beach Resort is awesome.They have nice spacious rooms with aircon. We have an all inclusive package so food and drinks are plentiful. The food is a mixture of traditional food and off course some international influences.Staff is supper frieldly and Nkunamatata is used frequently. With two nice pools and the ocean with tree bars of which one is on the jetty, what more would you want.

Our friends group went on a weeks holiday to Reef & Beach... We had THE most spectacular time, with a few frustrating moments.The hotel position is wonderful, access to the beach easy, the views, the colour of the sea, the sunrises and sunsets are gorgeous.The food was mostly delicious, there was only really one night that we werent impressed, but on a whole, we couldnt complain.The rooms were lovely, spacious & clean. We opted for the ocean facing rooms - Our only complaint is that their pillows were very hard.The Masai Mara were very impressive, friendly and helpful ... From what we gathered they were the hotels security.The evening entertainment was brilliant - we thoroughly enjoyed.Most of the staff we interacted with were really fantastic; Julius (organises excursions) was AMAZING and went the extra mile.Muddy (Jack of all trades) was a really great guy... fun, jokes around and really makes an effort with all the guests - I dont think this guy sleeps ;)Tammer (Spa manager) was very persistent - friendly and constantly guaranteed that the massages were unique and the best, we went and we thoroughly enjoyed it!Where the hotel let itself down was at the bar - their barmen were under a lot of pressure from the guests and therefore came across as unfriendly but they didnt have the tools to do their job properly. The bar would often run out of wine or whiskey, passion fruit for the cocktails and ice ... We were told various reason for this, but none of the excuses were acceptable.Peter (Hotel Manager) tried really hard to appease us ;)Im sure we could have put up more of a fuss, but as a group, we decided that the positives FAR outweighed the negatives.I think Covid has taken its toll on this lovely resort, which is a great pity, because it has HUGE potential!Helpful hints: Rock / Sea shoes. Pool floaties. Small change (Dollars)Book the Rock Restaurant, it is definitely a must! Do a Dhow boat trip, nice to book with the locals ;)

Jambo!Wonderfull Resort placed directly at Indian Ocean. Gorgeous views everywere, absolutely lovely staff which goes the extra mile to make your visit a dream come true. Food was very good and the rooms are also decently equipped with everything you need. Also no need to bring a travel adapter plug for your gadgets, as all wall sockets in this hotel are universal Plugs. If you have the same voltage outpost as zanzibar, than youre set. On site you can book several tours, from swimming with dolphins, to visit turtouises on prison Island. You will find something, that fits your needs. The Spa is also really good, als I suffered frome severe sunburn, but their sunburn program saved my skin and I was able to swim and sunbathe again. My travel partner also booked one of their massages and she was loving it.Im so sad to leave, but I now that it wasnt the last time to visit zanzibar. Im coming back.Hakuna Matata yetu Zanzibar. ❤️

Hotel is pretty good. Rooms are quite big and clean. There is two pools, two outside bars and great pier thats go into the ocean. On the dowsites the WiFi is very poor and the food is very repetitive and boring after only few days. Staff is great, friendly and helpful :)

I have good experience from Reef and Beach resort, everything was fine. I can, complain only about lunches they were not on the same level as dinners and breakfast.Furthermore, I had the opportunity to use the local Guide SALOMON to see the Zanzibar comparing to the offers from the hotel and TUI he has the best price and of course he is more flexible than excursion for the 20 persons mentioned above.We discovered the beauty of Zanzibar in 6 persons group, and we chose only what we won to see from the plenty of excursions offered on the island.SALOMON ZANZIBAR +255673886174

Great spot to chill over the ocean. Jetty bar is awesome and the drinks and cocktails are great. Lunch and dinner are really good with a wide variety of options. Breakfast is pretty standard. the AC in the rooms isnt always great. Animation team are full of fun. Great for families and to get away from it all. Beach is right there.

Lovely setting. Lots of potential. Good value for money. Friendly helpful staff. Had a great time with only a few guests during low season. Attention to detail can turn this into a great resort. Limited beach for walking. Good for swimming though. Lovely pools.

The resort ambience is lovely. The rooms maintained the rustic ambience which appealed to me. They also have interesting daily activities designed to allow you explore zanzibar and go on safari trips. Theres also a lot to do in the resort, jet ski, para-sailing, swimming in either of the two swimming pools or the ocean. Low and high tides allow you take lovely pictures of the reefBUT! The food was not nice at all, and we had no option for a la carte. The food is served buffet style but not kept warm. So if youre late,you eat really cold food.Finally, I had a terrible experience at the spa. The sauna and steam baths were great but the masseuses did not do a good job. My neck still hurt for days after the massage. The facials and scrub was abysmal to say the least.Overall, I would recommend the resort but eat in the village!

Definitely more than 3 stars!Everything was just for 5! Room, staff, people, food, views.Tip: Hotel is not adapted for children (music, drinks, parties, lots of young couples), but for us, is a big advantage! :D

The place has amazing vibes. It is the perfect amount of nature and quiteness. They play nice music from time to time at the Jetty Bar and at the pool. The food was okay. The breakfast was the most enjouable with different options. Lunch and dinners are repeated and unfortunatelly not enough quantity from the live station (grilled chicken for example)They have an area with a billiards table which was nice to have.Rooms are good and clean.They have spa which provides very good massages.Our overall stay there was wonderful.

Resort is amazing. The food is terrible and the staff is undertrained to deal with international travel and food standards. Management is very willing to make things right but by then we had already wasted 4 days of our trip on being sick with bad food.Although untrained, the staff are very friendly.

We stayed in this hotel post covid but unfortunately it was not a pleasant experience. It is obvious that the owner is trying to squeeze as much money out of the operation without offering any of the quality one could expect when visiting a 4-star hotel.The rooms are outdated, dark and poorly maintained. I could appreciate the mimialistic african decoration but basic things like a proper shower, working bedside lamps and normal opening and closing doors are the least one could expect when paying these prices.The food in the restaurant is not bad but boring at best. Repetitive dishes served over and over again without variation. The flavour is alright, it just that we expected a whole lot more options when dining in an all inclusive buffet restaurant. The restuarant itself is old and dirty. We noticed a lot of flies covering the food constantly.The staff is trying their best but when asked, they told us that they have to work in difficult conditions where the boss is unwilling to renew basic inventory as fridges and kitchen equipment.The bar is allright although most of the times the beer was not cold enough or the glasses used where still dirty and smelling of the previous served drink.I would not recommend this place at all and would advice management to take a serious look at their operation. We have visited hotels all around the world, including a fair share of them in Africa, but this is the first time we left a hotel feeling so disappointed.

5 stars for a budget resort. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a laid back experience.We visited during Covid and they made an incredible effort to adapt the menu to al la carte and to try new menu options every day. Staff are friendly and Dullah kept us busy and was always smiling.Best value for money for sure.

The resort is a great place to be for a relaxing holiday.They have these three guys who offer different types of entertainment throughout the day. They are amazing and cater for all the guests at the resort.The food is nothing to ride home about. Just know that you will be eating for survival. However, the staff is so friendly (everywhere). You even forget about the shortcomings of the food.The location is perfect, right by the sea. The Jetty Bar is a picture-perfect dream. I will definitely come back for another stay.

Serene view of the sea from your villa. Sea front cottages are recommended. All inclusive package is available. Food is average. Wooden bridge has been constructed inside the resort which habitats the mangroves, red colobus monkeys and hush babies. 2 swimming pools are available. Easy to travel to southern parts of the zanzibar from this resort.

This is a very subjektive opinion as I dont like clubs, and before you book you have to be aware that in many ways it is...The managment Team are super nice, so is the Animation Team and many of the staff ( not all though), there is a lot of cool things to do...the matresses are the best I slept on in Zanzibar, I got really good sleep...overall the place is a little run down...it really needs a renovation and hopefully they will do that soon...Also....book directly and not via a booking Platform as you might not get a room , if you do...the place would profit also from a good gardener...more flowers around the bungalows would be so nice...The Breakfast was good...the coffee could be improved to.Bathrooms are very nice in african stile...the rooms could profit from a little nice decoration...like a painting, or artifacts....

The hotel is an amazing experience. Spent a week here with friends and it was exceptional. Food, was great with a large variety for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Rooms were massive with unique designs. Wifi was alright. The views are breathtaking regardless the day or time. Access to stone Town is relatively an hour away.

My stay at Reef & Beach Resort was great. I was there for a wedding and the service was great. There was free wifi, there is an open bar from 7pm to 10pm there was a great promotion of pay for two nights and get the 3rd on for free. pay for 5 and get 8 nights. Great place for large groups. i plan to go back this year with a group of 30 people. The rooms were great. there is free drinking water at all times. The rooms have sea water meaning its hard water for showering. there is a car rental available . It was a low cost budget and i would recommend anyone to visit.

We had issues with the room allocation. Had reception go at each other with house cleaning manager in swahili in front of us. Samuel was kind enough to sort us out, apologized and explain. Move rooms again after a day. Samuel also sorted that out for us. Bed broke and had to be replaced. Friends had bumps and bruises from that but nothing hectic. Food needs a lot of improvement. I didnt enjoy the buffet at all. With that said though the outside is breathtaking. Its really beautiful views and peaceful place. Most of the workers there are really friendly and made our stay there a bit more wholesome

Great value for money resort. Wonderful beach with good swimming off the jetty bar as well. The resort is a little secluded so dont bargain on catching lunch at the next door resort. We found the food to be very bland and plain, but I suppose if you have to cater for a wide variety of taste buds, plain is probably the way to go. All and all a good spot for a relaxing couple of days.

Great hotel. We paid additional fee for All Inclusive and it was a good investment. Kitchen pretty good, I am still remembering awesome Tuna Steaks! Hotel is great also for families. You can book trips in the hotel or on the beach.

What an excellent resort. The staff is very friendly and helpful always with a smile on the face.The food was great (I even picked up 4kg 😀)The animation team, wow, they really know how to interact with the guests and all entertainment day or night was excellent.We booked all our excursions at the resort and was not expensive at all and definitely worthwhile.The jetty bar. What an amazing experience to step off the jetty bar right into the oceon and the jetty bar is where we spent our late nights.There was a mixed up with our room from the travel agent and the manager Silvana went out of her way to make other arrangements. We decided to stay in the room and we did not regret our decision at all.House keeping can be sharpened up a bit as they did not understand that we are still busy in the room so then they just came in and on another occasion they did not even returned back to the room.Asante sana for making our trip a memorable experience.Will definitely return to the resort in the future.

Excellent facilities. 4 star service from a 3 star budget resort.Food can become a little boring but then the resort specialises in all-inclusive packages so it is understandable....you cant be creative 7 days a week. Every saturday they put on a special menu which is absolutely fantastic. Dont miss out on saturday dinner.The jetty bar is unforgettable....cold beers and cocktails....views that are incredible 100m out into the sea. Simply wow.Overall a brilliant experience. You could not ask for more at the price

Wow what an awesome amazing .place.Food was good and staff in dining hall were great. Farida was an amazing hostess seeing to our needs at the dining hall. Lovely personality. Enjoyed the Jetty bar the best-lovely place to relax.Wasnt happy with he following though. 1.chipped plates and flies whilst you eat. Very hot there as there are no fans on whist u eat.2. Our room did not have aircon from day1. After many complaints on our side, we were finally given another room with aircon on the 6th day.If the above were improved this could be an excellent place to stay..

Stunning Resort! Loved every second of my stay. The staff are so warm, friendly and accommodating. The food was absolutely divine and the entertainment was great. I will definitely be staying here again!

We stayed in Reef&Beach Resort for 10 nights, and we had a great time there. The staff is very friendly and helpful and they are really doing a great job. The resort is really clean and well maintained with a nice big pool.The food was delicious, and you can pick as much as you want from local dishes to european food and we really liked the atmosphere in the restaurant, its big and cozy and we always had a nice chat with the staff there. Our room was always perfectly clean, big thumbs up for the cleaning ladies. Animation was also good, with two funny and energy booming guys :)The beach is a bit rocky but still suitable for swimming, the only thing that we didnt like is that the Wi-Fi is pretty weak, and we also couldnt use our Halotel Internet card much because the mobile signal was really weak in the room as well as at the pool, it was only working well near Jetty Bar. Also the prices in the Boutique were pretty high (5$ for a pack of chips) other than that everything was great, and we hope to come back someday. We will reccomend this place to our friends :)

The resort was amazing. The staff were super friendly, the food was great. The activities were really good. The most amazing experience was stepping down from the jetty right into the ocean.

Nice resort with a beach thats not very big, but its nice and private. The rooms were clean and well kept. The fridge was not clean though. The staff was friendly. The food and breakfast was good, but the drinks were expensive though. $2.5 for a drink in not very tanzanian like. Also they have their own exchange rate. €1 = $1. So people paying in euros have to pay more, which is very strange.In the surroundings there is not much you can do, there are only other resorts around. So I recommend own transport if you want to explore.

Me and my best friend stayed here for 1 month. Had such an amazing time, beaches and water is super clear and clean. Staff is the friendliest and most helpful people ever!! Love the Masai always nice and keeping us safe. Food was also nice. Great variety of inclusive cocktails to choose from. Awesome Resort, will definitely want to come back here again!! 🏝🏝

This was a last minute add on to our overall holiday. The staff are kind and helpful and the resort is picturesque. However it is at the very far end of Jambiani and away from the other resorts and restaurants so most people here come on an all inclusive basis which is fine if you are happy to stay in the hotel for a whole week. However after a few days of the meals we got bored of the food. Some of the food is recycled and i suspect adapted for European tastes.The accomodation is clean throughout and our cottage had a lovely view of the sea. The family room actually meant the childrens beds being in the kitchen facility (which our little ones thought was very funny). Rooms were cleaned daily and every evening the rooms are sprayed with repellent.There was not enough to entertain the kids as you cant just walk out of the hotel as there is nothing either way for at least a mile. Although they loved seeing the monkeys every day! The games room isnt good and not set up for children really so on the very odd rainy day there wasnt much to entertain them.

This hotel is a true gem , it is the most pleasant and relaxing hotel i had the privilege of visiting in Zanzibar the lack of the local beach boys is a big plus and makes it a pleasure to have llng walks kn the beach . The hotel also has a jetty bar that is a very big plus on this property ,the perfect place to have a drink , spend the afternoon and to watch the sun set the hotel also has a spa and gym . currently the hotel has a pool and dining area (new) under construction and is going to be one of the biggest on the island . cant wait and looks to be a stunning project when done . the food was nice and plentyfull realy cant complain my stay was to me the best and i will be returning as soon as possible.

Very helpful and nice stuff. Our luggages were lost for 4 days and stuff tried to help us with that problem. Beautiful place, pool were nice, good breakfast etc. Only minus was the location.

If you are looking for the absolute silence, then this is the place! Far from everything (however, they can arrange a car to take you anywhere you want) this place is simply amazing. Small, isolated homes and a beautiful beach bar in the middle of the ocean will desconnect you from everything! Nice staf, good breakfast, great cocktails!

Very nice resort. The rooms are very nice and we booked the ocean view and suites. These rooms offered king size beds and were very comfortable. There were cleaning services every day and very safe. The resort offers various packages and we opted for the full meal package which worked perfectly as it includes meals and drinks. The staff are so friendly and made you feel at home every second. Will definately recommend the resort to singles, couples and families. There are activities such as yoga and water aerobics during the day and shows every second evening. The resort offers a swimming pool and games area. At the resort is a tour operator that offers various packages that can be booked at the reception desk. They are very professional and we booked our safari blue tour with them as well as airport transfer. The tours are reasonably priced compared to tours offered by other operators. There are not shops within walking distance but the resort offers a boutique that also sells basic necessities. The resort also offers dstv and free wifi. Close to the resort is a village which can be visited and recommended. This can be arranged at the reception. Other than that- will definately be back!

Very elegant resort with high facilities. Clean rooms and very good services. Also the manager of the hotel is very good.

Great value for money. Helpful and friendly staff, always ready to please. Some construction and renovation happening but you wouldnt even notice. The jetty bar was amazing.

The beach is not really available so you have to spend all your time by the pool...but the daily animation and the all-inclusive formula makes it a good deal for a 3* hotel

They have lovely service and you fill at home the manager mr richard welcomed we got the best meals and execellent service we shall definately come back

Thanks for great holiday...without some troubles with room it was really my pleasure to stay in this hotel. I was quite surprised how huge difference is between hight tide and low tide... we arrived and ocean was gone ☺️i really love your attitude to your guest. Hope I will come back again🥰

What a place. Stunning food, stunning views. Clean, good service. Friendly and helpful staff. Can get busy, but plenty space for all. Oh, good coffee too.

I spent a holidays with my mum and it was so amazing! Hotel itself, bar, clear water and we were totally in love with a food! I wish I can go there next year!

This is a solid 3 star resort. Food variety minimal. (We missed steamed rice. There was very little fresh seafood.) Bungalows in desperate need of upgrades in the bathroom but good beds. We got very bad food poisoning and we suspect from the gardener who very kindly opened some coconuts for us without washing hands. Jetty bar was a nice place to hang but needs cleaning. Tides of 2 meters mean no ocean swimming at low tide. But really nice to swim from jetty at high tide. Not practical to snorkel at this resort. A 30 minute walk toward the reef at low tide you will find small pools to snorkel. But watch out for the sea urchins! Great staff, but evening entertainment was 3 star. The affiliated tour operator is superb and cant be more highly recommended. Too bad we were too sick to go on the blue safari.

Great value for money, good service from friendly staff and a spacious, comfortable room. The Jetty Bar is great, whether its just to hang out and have drink, read or take a swim in the ocean.

Perfectly located and ideal destination to get away from it all. Decent food and decent service. Very pleasant staff. The Animation Team kept us smiling and entertained.

It was a good resort we chose.They had good deals on the lunch /dinner buffet and liquor.The view was good from our beach cottage.There was some work which was continuously going on which they could deal with.People wouldnt want to hear noise on a holiday!They could improvise on the rooms.

Hotel good but management problem coz in Saturday 28 Im arriving hotel with my friend everything good but today my friend departure,so arrived out side of maingate Masai is say dont go in side, your friends wait outside,why? My friend have 3 big bag,why Masai is stop me ? My friend is say never come again.
