I got bad treatment with one of the waitress who treated me with racism service. I was accompanying with white colleagues and after having a joint dinner, she asked my white colleagues that who was going to pay my bill? The matter was taken lightly and she didnt even apologise. Too bad!Thanks to the Marwaba family, the issues has now been taken seriously with the management taking some steps towards improving customer care. Cofindently that it will never happen again

Cool place and good food. Spacious rooms and am sure that you will love this place. Also you will get a chance to learn Swahili since some will force you to talk in Swahili..

They have nice hygiene to table manners. I real enjoy their meal and innovative environment.

Saivilla is my favourite place whenever i need to calm my mind from hustles and battles,the ambiance is amaizing,the food is taste and delicious,the natural enviroment are mind blowing,rooms are clean and classy.The place is suitable for outs and abouts,weekends,vacations and holidays.Saivilla serves the best,I will surely come oftenly.Thanks Saivilla,no regret no complains,you guys are unbeatable.

Nice food, quiet place

This is the first time ever I have tasted worse Indian food at Indian restaurants..Rooms are ordinary but prices are 5 star hotel ranges .Ordinary bed and blankets are dirty and smelling probably not even washed .The rice they used to cook fried rice is a local rice and could not even eat 2 spoons .

The food here is terrible, the service is poor.I did go here more than two times and most of it the food and the service are the top things which every person complains. The last time I went there was 6days ago there was a family who wasnt satisfied with the services but they forced the family to pay up for the wrong order

It offers a nice view of Ipogolo (the area of Iringa town that is somehow isolated from the town by the reason of a mountain.....its two kilometres from Ipogolo to the town centre).....Ipogolo is in a valley of ruaha river along the highway that goes to Mbeya.SAIVILLA is quite, the neighbourhoods surroundings are peaceful. And the food is nice especially pizza. Its the right place for dinner

Definitely one of the best restaurants in Iringa, Indian cuisine, steaks and international. Scenic view, variety of (cold) beers and wines. Good value for price. Interesting furniture. Only TV in dining area is disturbing atmosphere.

Nice and boutique like hotel. Clean rooms but poor maintenance and WiFi issues in the rooms. Stayed two nights. One night I had no hot water although it turned out someone had forgotten to switch the water system on in several rooms. The shower mounting on the wall was broken and had to hold the shower head in my hand to shower.

Nice place to stay but service needs to improve. They take too much time to provide any items ordered from restaurant. Checking out process early in the morning is very disappointing

A wide variety of dishes are available from several cultures, including Indian and other Asian dishes. Wonderful sunset viewing available on the patio. Service was better than average for Iringa.

One review said they were renovated to a 4 or 5 star resort but I think you have to have AC and heat to be 4* so I would put them at 3 star at best.The rooms dont have AC or heat and it can get down to 11c at night in the winter, when I asked about heat they did not seem to understand what I wanted.I ran out of water once and hot water 3 times then found our they also turn the water off around 1am.The staff is friendly and tries to help. House keeping does a decent job keeping the room clean but most of the sheats and towels are old and have several stains.The laundry is free but can take a couple days to dry, plus the rusty drying line can leave a few rust lines in your cloths.Food is mostly Indian and almost all the dishes look the same with just slight variations in color and taste. The tandoori chicken was one of the best.

Sai Villa is a very nice place. There are very nice rooms and varieties of food. There are Indian food, and other foods found in big restaurants.What I enjoyed most is the calmness of the area. With the presence of fast and free wireless connection makes the place very convenient for retreats. When you have something to do that needs highest concentration you can consider going to Sai Villa

This is sweet and greatest place to go. The problem is the reliability of the cost compared to what you may need to get. Moreover its like they are trying to learn how to do the business. I suggest you should seek and learn from other recreational places on how to do more in your business.

Id hardly call it a luxurious hotel, thats overreeaching. We went on one occassion and the food was extremely overpriced (8,800 tsh for 5 samousas). The food took almost 45 to be ready and when it was, it was very standard, chips were burnt and the chicken over cooked. We gave it the benefit of the doubt, but on the Second occassion it was even worse!Plus they have this really weird notice on the menu that says they can increase prices as they wish and customers are bound, which I found weird, illegal even.

The food and service at this hotel/restaurant were superb. The currently attached photos in GoogleRiews are wrong or are out of date--the hotel has been renovated to a 4 to 5 star resort, with a beautiful sunset view of Iringa town. The food--mostly Indian--was comparable to the best Ive had in Washington DC. The Price for dinner, ~ $10 per person, was totally worth it. Saivilla is about 20 meters down a side dirt road off the main tarmac.

Quite and friendly place. A home away from home for both family and singles. Delicious foods, laundry facilities, play ground at large.
