Very bad customer service! The food will take at least 30 minutes from the time you order. And they forget orders in the process.I ran out of water in my room in the morning. Called the reception who never got back to me after 15 minutes I had to call them back. They then send staff upstairs to inform me the water will be pumped in 3 minutes. Its been 10 minutes I will never come back here or recommend this place to anyone ever. Whats worse its right by the road. So all the loud blasting music in shops around and the noise floods in to your room.

Alexander hotel in iringa is a decent 2 star hotel on the main street Parking is available. Room rate is tz shs 70,000 for std double room including breakfast. Bed is comfortable and toilets and bathrooms are working with hot water. Weather is excellent. No sir conditioning and fans. Bfast is basic tea, fruits breads, chapati and excellent hot soups. The building is ok and clean. Staff need to be sharp and forthcoming. They think they are doing customers a favour. I think they are not enthuastic. However recommended for overnite stay. If more than one night there are other bettet hotels.

One of the best place in Iringa Municipal whereby hospitality is their culture. Bed breakfast, foods and drinks available. The Hotel is at the centre of Iringa town, so make you easy to move around

Never coming back::1. Big bulding but crazy finishing, poor and cheap beds, matress, tv and does not qualify to charge what they charge....this is not even a ine star hotel..2. Its inasane to put an open kitchen and smokes the entire bulding.. if you stay from first to sexond floor you are screwed... no good ventilation system or nothing at all..3. Everything is just Chinese made..cheap stuffs....

Right in the heart of Iringa, they have really great services. The hotel is in the busy neighbourhood but you will feel secluded while still in the middle of all the downtown hustles.

Well located easy to access, gives u Iringa town view access, My breakfast experience has always been good with this place.
