The customer service agents are very good and resourceful

I visited the store to get a refund or a replacement on a credit voucher that was damaged after scratching and was pit through the usual process of filling out forms and attaching a copy of my ID. I also attached the only evidence I had which was the damaged voucher and was told I would get a refund via phone within 24hrs and I would be notified of the same via SMS. To date I have received nothing. Although Tigo has some of the cheapest voice and data bundles (hence the 2 stars), the customer service in this instance was absolutely rubbish!

Poor customer service,especially when it comes to getting a new line after having an old sim for close to 10 years when company was buz! !! Instead of giving solutions to customers, customer service representatives kept putting obstacle upon obstacle. Im thinking of changing companies!
