Very helpful service. I had trouble getting SIM cards for my children (because Im not Tanzanian), but with phone calls to HQ, the very nice employee managed to get things moving. All the time she sent status messages to me. Bravo ! 😊

Good customer service..the girls are polite and helpful.

The Service was very slow. The workers are not properly trained and are usually on their phones spending time on social media rather than assisting customers. The customer service rep is very bad and not professional.

Everything for cell phones. Can buy smartphones from cheap to expensive. Can buy Tigo sim card or buy package with minutes or/and data. Have everything that you can expect from such a place. Sometimes guards ask to wear mask, but usually not.
