Parking for cars it can be a hassle here, but the service is good and I would recommend going with an official ID such as NIDA, voters ID or drivers license, without these IDs they might not help you in some cases

Nice building, decorated by by blue color. A mail color fro tigo company.The have poor customer care service at customer care office though it is located at HQ.One door of the customer care office has been broken for so long and have not been fixed.

They were at least quick in resolving my problems where as in Mlimani city mall everyone seems lazy and doesnt even care for the customers who walk in.They just be busy gossiping or either chatting anyways manager was good at Mlimani city the present one is guess his names Joseph. After they got a call from the headquarters then they started treating me so well thanks to the CEO. I was lucky cause CEO was in the headquarters the day I walked in. My problem wasnt a rocket science it was just simple I bought vouchers up-to thousands of shilings and none worked so I spent almost a month on this case to sort out at Mlimani they said they cant refund the money. I had to fight until they return my money back I said I wont pay for the service I havent used. Then later this was sorted out at headquarters.

Since I revisit the headquarters I have been treated kindly and well organized. Its a wonderful place for any consultations bout Tigo cellular network.

Tigo is ok.. great valued plans. But like all national Telcos, it can be a struggle to be treated like a valued client, no matter how much you spend. Tigo is middle of the pack in overall user experience.

Modern building recently built. City centre based, convenient public transport, wheel chair friendly building, car park access and enough staff for assistance (customer service).
