The hotel is located in a very quiet neighbourhood, a few meters from the ocean. The food is great and staff were quite friendly and professional. The rooms are decent enough and they have a pool you can relax in. One of important thing you should know is that they actually dont serve any alcoholic drinks here, but there are many bars and clubs nearby.

This is one of my regular spots.eat with a sea view.the food is good and the staff are attentive.this place has special significance for me. an important event took place here.but now that is all behind me and i have moved on , i can still enjoy the place without bad memories. so it must be ok right ?

Rooms are fairly large and comfortable. Food is decent while being extremely pricy. Customer service is a hit and miss with some of the staff being amazingly helpful. Conference room availability is also neat. Overall, amazing for the price

Very bad WiFi( less than 1mb speed)Food is disgusting( Product not fresh and food taste bland and no variety) its so bad I have to drink a soda drink to get the bad taste out my mouth.Staff are poorly trained and not experienced in the hospitality industryRooms are poorly maintained(Faulty plugs, leaking taps and air conditioner very noisy)Poor managementYou get what you pay for and they went very cheap. Under proper leadership this hotel could thrive.

Really great staff and an overall amazing experience in Tanzania. Not the best wifi connection but definitely able to contact loved ones and do some work if need be. Be sure to get a sea facing room on the highest possible floor for the best views!

The hotel has lovely bedrooms and a really lovely view🌅, if u pick the right room, dining place 🍽could be better, there is a pool🤿 there but the water looks like it hasnt been changed....

The hotel is quite good, with a swimming pool and a basic Gym. The rooms have almost all you will need in a modern hotel except a flat iron. But the rooms are spacious, flat screen TV, AC, comfortable bed, reading table and a coffee maker. The TV could use some more channels but if you are a sports lover, you will be happy with what they are offering. The hotel staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. The breakfast was good with plenty of choices but this area needs improvement. Sometimes they had cereal and no cold milk, I think baked beans should be a must with the breakfast offered. The restaurant looks very nice by the way. I would have given this hotel a five if they had better restaurant service. If you want to go to the beach, you have to cross to White Sand Beach Hotel which, as long as you have the Seascape key they will let you in. I would stay again.

Poor customer service, the rooms are dirty, no towels in the bathroom. I ordered food for my child. After 45 i rang the rooms service to check why its taking so long, i was told sorry we forgot😔. They spoiled my Christmas.

Here we experience great staff, delicious food and an amazing view from the top of the hotel. It is clean and everything is working well, including maintainence staff which are always on duty in case of any issues (like if you think your ac remote does not work...) this hotel is easy to recommend!

Awesome place to take the kids for a swim. If you prefer an early morning dip without getting burnt, the hotel casts a shadow on the pool till around 11am. As a hotel policy, No alcohol is served at all.

This is a super place you can spend your quality time at. They have supper quality rooms and big to accommodate you wholly. Its also in a quiet place with no destructions, accessible, quality meals, swimming pool facility , conference rooms for a wide range of conferences you would want to conduct.

Lovely staff, very kind and helpful. Rooms very fair, but could use cleaning. Toilet was not cleaned before my stay. Restaurant was not at all great, and breakfast was disappointing. Wifi was extremely slow. Make sure to enjoy the wonderful view from the top of the building. Aircondition worked like a charm, and the free bottles of water where appriciated.

Really spacious hotel with great food including a very varied breakfast in the restaurant and a short walk to the beach. Friendly staff and impressive-sized rooms, good for hosting work events such as conferences.

The elevator didnt work, that was a disappointment, and sometimes the air conditioning just turned off. Also not as clean as I expected. Very slow wifi. No toothbrush. Other than that the service was great, the reception guys were very friendly.

The conference was spacious. The food was tasty....delicious and creamy snacks for breakfast and evening tea. Good facilities. With a swimming pool which is warm.

Breakfast is appalling. This hotel is NOT a 5 star hotel. It has no gym. No rooftop restaurant. Very very disappointing. Me and my husband have stayed in 4 star and 5 star hotels and this hotel does NOT meet that criteria.

Its good place for conferences but the venue has a lot of pillars and hence no clear view to the front.
