It was a great experience staying at this hotel. Initially wanted to sped only two nights but extended it to 4. I like it’s location, security and amenities. Their breakfast is really fantastic. The staff goes out of its way to make you feel at home. We will definitely be back.

Great value for what you get! We had the executive suite and it had good space. Cleaning service everyday and complimentary fruit. They had a good spread for free continental breakfast as well. We enjoyed the swimming pool and playground for kids. They also had self service washing machine you could use that we really appreciated. Free parking as well. Location is right off Bagamoyo road and in the middle between Milimani and Masaki.

Clean and modern hotel within an apartment building. Very big, clean room with a nice pool, good breakfast, prison like security 🤣 strong wifi, a projector and screen showing free Netflix. No bar 😰 however there are some entertaining local roadside eateries 100m down the road serving grilled food and the cheapest beer you can imagine. You need a taxi to go everywhere from this hotel - there is nothing to walk to.

Its my first time leaving this low rate on google review.I dont know why this hotel has this good rate. Let me tell you the fact, the room facilities are great. But the service is too slow, poor and now rude at the end of the day. I had to go down to the reception 3 times if I wanted to ask a laundry service. There was a problem with a phone inside my room(it was an executive suite room, the most expensive room in the hotel), and until I pushed them to do so, they didnt care. And the main problem is the staffs never communicate. I always had to repeat the same words, same requests for tons of time.There was a stain my bag after having a laundry service. And they never tried to compensate for it. I was suggesting 50% of amount(it would be USD40 to 50), saying that I would also bear the half of expenses, but their answer was NO, JUST FORGIVE US, without any polite attitude. Its the time for me to decide I would move to another hotel, I was supposed to stay here more than 3 weeks.I already asked her to deduct this bag laundry price from the pending laundry expenses, and when I double checked while checking out, the price wasnt reflected. And I was a bit mad, it means I needed to REPEAT my words even in the last day. And what surprised me was, the receptionist with a long hair raised her eyes and voice and cut my words, showed the most rude attitude. Perhaps she did that to me as she knows I am leaving.She ruined all of experiences here at this hotel while staying. IF you only focus on facilities themselves, then you will enjoy the stay, but dont expect any good, quick and polite service.시설은 좋은데 서비스는 정말 최악입니다. 무례하고, 느리고.. 정말 속 터져요...

It is a goid hotel with very poor cuatomer care. They need to improve on their customer care. The way how customers are handled is well embarrassing. The management has improve in rhis area if they have to run a business. For example I was dwnied access to meet the manager by the feont desk which is very unusual. If the manager has instructed his/her front desk employs that is very wrong.

The room condition is clean and bright. Its well organized and has a big advantage of watching YouTube and Netflix because theres a project. Its the best condition that cant be found in Tanzania, especially in Darsalem. I can always find it again.

Great Location for Business Travellers, Delicious Breakfast and Fast Wi-Fi. If you face any challenge ask to see Bill or Coco, they are very attentive and helpful. Highly recommend Pauraque if you looking for a clean and secure place to stay while in Dar.

It’s a budget hotel, they clean the room towards the end of the day which makes no sense. The girls are nice and keep the restaurant clean during breakfast. The AC is good and wifi is great compared to other places I been to.

Amazing place to relax ,clean rooms ,fast services ,super fast internet, everything is in place ..there is super clean swimming in the 1st Floor ,amazing kids playground ...the hotel is well secured from entrance..🤗🤗

Cool and nice place to stay..

Compared to other areas of the city, this is a good area. There are not many traffic jams, the population is not as much as in the center. In the evening you can take a walk. There are many hotels with restaurants nearby. There is street food, very cheap and tasty by local standards. The hotel has osmosis water purification, which is a real nice bonus for local water quality. Taxi arrives quickly.

It is clean, the staff is friendly and the security is very good. Most importantly, they accept pets 🙂 If you only stay by the pool, there is a lot of noise.

The facilities are good, but the hotel management system is not good.It was inconvenient because there was no water supply during the day when I stayed.
