A nice place where you can get at least basic needs in one Building, there is rest rooms, Stationaries, Restaurant, Shops, Banks, pharmacy etc

Different Banking solutions such as Nmb, akiba commercial bank, Tanzania Commercial Bank, conference halls, shops hotel and apartments

This place is so nice with a beautiful view.But I would like to advice the owner that, they have to let this place being more attractive to many people by adding more shopping services, adding more entertainment zones like SWIMMING, CINEMA CHILDREN PLAYING AREA and service like restaurant.... This will make more people being attracted to come and the owner will earn more money,..... I real love blue pearl..

The building is well maintained,air conditions,lifts and other building facilities work perfectly despite having more than 10 years of operation.

The hotel is very nice and it has accommodated different guests of high calibre. staying there will render you a very good view of the Indian Ocean, easy mobility at the heart of the city. but one thing, the hotel have kept changing names which threaten its popularity.

Cool place to spend a vacation at, and enjoy a view of DSM from above. They have friendly staff with satisfactory customer care.The swimming pool on the roof is an amazing feature but, its very small in size as well as shallow in depth (for those who prefer deep pools).

A huge building i saw since it was started to be built around 2004. I have visited the compound several times, it was having kids playground, on top swimming pool and currently at my grown age I attended various conference gatherings which was wonderful.

This place is decent, good customer care, near Ubungo bus terminal where all buses across the region starts here. Also there is easy access to Mwalimu Nyerere International airport, and good security.

This is a nice place because there is a hall for different occasions like meetings and weddings its services are good and of quality and bellow the building there are different bank services and as for the apartments they are nice

Plenty of different shops ie.Voda, agents for cellular phones, medicines shops and even Dr.mwaka is available there, ATM,banks(NMB and other that am not sure of). Rental places are availble too.

It is a good hotel but not vibrant, looks business has slowed down either due to the current pandemic or something else

This is very old property. Not maintained at all. The condition of the apartments is very poor. Lifts doesnt work most of the times. The quality of the breakfast is very poor. Way too far from the city and very noisy neighbourhood from early morning till late night.

The hotel was one of the best when it started. The owers accumulated rent for couple of years...and was closed down, its properties were put is a custody of the owner of the building. Blue Pearl is no more.

Its the best along morogoro road, big parking space compared to other hotels located along the same road, pool on the top of the building its another unique thing this hotel has with a beautiful view of the city.

When i was working in Dar Es Salaam, This hotel exact opposite to my office.So, daily i visited this hotel and enjoy the hospitality.:)Here my friend Mahesh working as a Restaurant Manager.
