The place has good accomodation facilities sorrounded by trees, making the place so cool with good air and moderate temperature. You will always hear birds singing from the nearby forest. The hostels are equiped with CCTV cameras for securiy.

This area is mostly a residential area found within the University of Dar es salaam campus. Its very convenient for students and staffs of the university. Its a quiet place sorrounded by natural vegetations.
