Its a really good place for students admitted at The University of Dar es Salaam. The scenery is nice, the water supply is not so bad but not so good either, reliable electric supply.. The rooms are well ventilated, have enough space for each member to store his/her things.

I only reached the main gate but from my view the name define the place- very disciplined

This hostel is very nice and it has claen environments.

A good residential accommodation for the students both international and local student, it cost about 500/= Tshs per day for a local undergraduate student and 2000/=Tshs for Postgraduate local students, for international postgraduate students it cost about 3$ per day.

No barbershop, no mini supermarket, no hairdressing saloon, no restaurant just a cafeteria but onto the other side there is constant electricity and water, very close to mlimani city

Its good for first year students since they dont need disturbances and a lot of care and also understand well about the university issues.I live at this hostels and I find them very nice may be its because they are still new and we the first to use them. But all in all I thank Jesus Christ for being chosen to live in this Hostels.I live in Block A taking Bsc in Computer Science.God is grateful for sure.Best regards.

Well fashioned facilities and conducive environment for academicians and well secured security protection. It has mere challenges in daily basis consumption such as water and power cut situations also difficulties of cellular networks.Also a small area near Mlimani City with a bush appearance has critical problem of holding criminals who allegedly attacks students and other pedestrians crossing the area by night. This should be taken into consideration by intelligence task forces to ensure safety of Udsm students and regular citizens.

Hostels for university of dares salaam students.It can accomodate over 3500 students at once, both males and females .Health services , electricity ,security water supply , cafeteria ,retail shop , fire hydrants are available at these hostels.Accomodation price is affordable for Tanzanian students also foreign students . it is the best student hostels amongest the public universitiea in Tanzania.
