The Tanzania Episcopal Conference (TEC) is the conference of bishops of the Roman Catholic Church in Tanzania. Founded in 1956, the Episcopal Conference was officially recognized by the government in 1957. It includes all the Catholic bishops of the country, ordinary, and auxiliary emeritus. Its headquarters is located in the capital Dar es Salaam. The statutes of the Conference were approved by the Holy See on January 8, 1980

Cool environment to hold conference

It is a wonderful place as an institution that provides spiritual services to the Catholic Church as well as social services. TEC is a large institution that manages and leads the Catholic Church in Tanzania in unity and good organization. This is my experience

A quite apostolic atmosphere with decent conference facilities and small get away meeting room and an all cuisine restaurant. The place has full time wireless Internet services. Own by Catholic Church in Tanzania the place also provides church services. The place is located in Kurasini just at the beginning of the legendary Kigamboni Bridge.

This place is good and cool with good venue for different events

The place is very respectable for notable Roman Catholic clergymen who lives there and there are hostels accommodations for visitors. There is a chapel and large events hall, well furnished and equipped.

Dont expect luxury here, but I like staying here when in Dar, because the place is completely safe and a small walled village with its own chicken farm, vegetable gardens, hostel, conference center, church and convent. Whenever Dar becomes too much, this is a small haven of peace.

Awesome, its a nice centre for conferences, accommodation bar and restaurant. Clean and green environment with fresh air open to people of all religion denomination.

Cool place few meters from the ocean. Kigamboni ( Nyerere bridge )view increases the value of this place. Attractive and calm

Spacious facility with free compound for recreations. Rooms are old hence need upgrade. Reception staff not friendly or it might be on that day they had quarrelled.

A quiet place with enough space. Located some what near city centre. Mass services are available daily as well other facilities are available

Nice conference rooms, nice hostels equipped with hospital, big restaurants and bar, laundry service, and good services. Security is ensured and the area has a Catholic Church.

Very convenient for any person and religious who has errands with TEC, Italian Embassy, or Nunciature in Tanzania. Accommodation is affordable.
