I am giving this one star rating but i wish there was an option to give a NEGATIVE STAR RATING! Kilimanjaro express used to be good back in the days when it started out but now its just AWFUL. The quality of their services keep deteriorating. Once they left us stranded in the middle of nowhere! The car failed twice and they put us in another car belonging to another company which was in a worse condition which also got destroyed after some time and when we tried calling their office for help they ignored us and stopped picking our calls. This recently i travelled with kilimanjaro again from arusha to dar and they did something very unexpected. My parcel was left in moshi accidentally by the guy who was loading the parcels in the car. I get that that was a mistake, it happens so i was okay as long as they brought it back to me. They NEVER DID! and everytime i call someone new picks up or they pretend to not know what i am talking about so i have to explain myself all over again. The night that they realized they had left my parcel they promised they would bring it to me so that I would leave and now they have the audacity to ignore me. Kilimanjaro express used to be the only car i used for travelling but now I am never using it again.

Tamatabi 20200216I am Traveller by bicycle.When l back to Kilimanjaro air port .I have used this Bus.I have paid 36000 to Moshi.We can get on this Bus at here.It is not necessary to go to Ubungo bus terminal.Good trip.

Even though its the first time reaching here, I was able to do so just by using google maps. The services provided here are satisfactory and the charges seem to be affordable.

I called them 3times they dont respond.I think high season is a big problem.

The service is okay, on time but the buses are not the newest. The office address can easily be found online reachable via public transport . Good thing is they have their own food and restroom stop along the daressalaam - arusha route. The ticket cost me 36000tsh

The bus was horrible and services where poor windscreen wipers were not working and it was raining heavily on our way from Dar esalaam to Tunduma on the 17 /12/2019The driver had problems with vision of the road but refused to stop and fix the wipers
