Gerezani Terminal has functioning washrooms with accessible wheelchair entrance. Handicapped travel free around Dar es salaam on wheelchair only their pushers have to pay bus fare. Toilets may have water shortage rendering them out of bound.

Poor service they cant even control there own personel working as if they are a country withing Daresalaam.Beating up people for simple mistakes when thus is supposed to be a free country.Act on anger not facts these people need to be taught how to deal with people the government didnt build this to be spoilt by a few ununderstaning individuals and by the way do they have a means to vet the workers on there performances to see if they are fit for the positions given to them ?

Main big bus terminal for bus rapid. 650 fare for 1 route. Crowded and busy during peak (morning and evening). Sunday’s are always no hassle. Kindly keep your ticket until end of your trip.Wheelchair accessibilities are available in all BRT bus terminals.

It was a good idea from the World Bank , but this is Africa , rarely anything works, buses fill to overcapacity , getting squeezed between sticking bodies is no fun , watch out for pick pockets.

Using Rapid Bus Transit is one of the fastest transportation in Dar es Salaam.

The BRT company provide nice service but , the buses is not enough to satisfy customers needs.
