There are many local buses(500m left side out from the bus terminal ) and minibuses (Daladala, in front of the terminal) directly to the Dar central(postal/ Ferry deck/stesheni bus terminal...), they are very cheap (up to 400 tsh/pp, depends the destination that you are going ). No need to take the expensive taxis(approx, 25000tsh/car)or Tuktuks(up to 10000tsh/tuktuk)

I have never been impressed by an Country Side Bus Station as this one. They have good customer services, they have a good waiting area plus you can order snacks and bites as you wait for your Bus. Hope they expand there to the rest of the country. Currently on the Dar -Arusha route!

Its a nice place.

This was .my first bus ride in Tanzania. It gave me a bad taste. First they advertise this as a couch bus. Even at the booking office they show you a sitting arrangement with full bathroom and coffee area. Bus they pull up a bus with none of those services. Secondly they over booked and we ended up sitting 3 on a seat for two and when I asked them they didnt even seem bothered. Well the bus will get you to Arusha. But its not all the hype you think you are paying for in the name of luxury.

The modified restaurant and with different food services is awesome. Enjoy your waiting while having some drinks.

Good booking place...They care their customers

The service is good. However, they need to care for their clients a bit more, especially foreigners who dont speak Swahili, to perhaps earn the title luxury bus service... luxury meaning decent by European and US standards. They loaded my suitcase and told me to wait by the office in Arusha, then I saw the bus leave and had to run after it. I was in a queue, I had asked if there was another queue but they simply said wait here. Turns out there was actually another vip queue somewhere and I was supposed to be there, so they left without me, without even announcing the departure of the 6:15 bus.Announcements are in Swahili only and when asked for a translation, the attendant seemed irritated. Yeah, some muzungus actually travel by bus, and English is still an official language in Tanzania.By East African standards, Kilimanjaro is fine. Of course, when you have taken luxury buses in Latin America, the facile use of words like luxury, VIP or first class by East African Bus companies sounds quite ridiculous...

The cargo and parcel delivery service is commendable. Have used the service and I am satisfied.

It is a bus terminal for loading and unloading Kilimanjaro Bus passengers - Kilimanjaro main route is along Arusha region i.e. Chalinze/ Bagamoyo, Korogwe, Same, Moshi to Arusha

Very poor customer service. Rude staff. But they have all the facilities you need and the rides are comfortable so yay.

Managed to get a ticket to Arusha, they have better lodge and Restaurant and good buses to Arusha and Dar es salaam

The operations of transporting parcels or cargos are quite efficient. I would recommend their services and mobility. But there is a problem with some employees of the establishment who seem not to be serious and take advantage of customers and since they face a reasonable person like I did once work with them they tend to act differently.The good job of shipping freight and freight services but some of the staff is challenging and treating Customers undesirable benefits especially in shipping costs, Ive encountered them but because I knew the criteria were embarrassing.

Lack of Restaurant, being the headquarters of the transport company, it would be better to have a Café or Bar in the absence of a conventional restaurant.

Lack of an ideal restaurant to serve passengers.

Civilization travels but a lot of art. They tell you full AC but neither AC nor windows are open
