Horrible service, super unhelpful even if comes down to their own country regulations and confusing information on their website. Completely disappointing and embarrassing for KLM

The KLM agent was very helpful and efficient at their H/Qs were I visited.

Great Location, Attractive Environment and Rooftop of the building is nice and lovely ocean view.

Customer service is really poor. They practically mistreat clients who are asking covid regulations to travel.
