Excellent in every way.The aircraft team are extremely good.Trying very to bet in touch with Customer Services to no avail. This is my main concern, that I had no contact with the Customer Services.

ET airline Staffs are on break around 1pm and that makes me wait for a while because only one staff is attending to a lot of people

Im giving it a couple of stars because it is one of if not the cheapest airlines in Africa which is a plus for bargain hunters such as myself but when I wanted to change the date on my ticket I was told to pay $ 25. When I asked what happened to the free first change policy the airlines offers suddenly the attendant asked me to hold on and then confirmed that indeed there is such a thing as a free first change on an issued ticket...so beware guys!!!

They don’t provide proper requirements for the customers to the countries they travel to.i had the worse experience and the even their customer service is bad unlike their cheap prices

Positive- great airline and staff are super friendly. We had a great experience flying with them and good entertainment on board.Our transition in Adi’s ababa went smoothly and no delays.Negative- one suitcase arrived 2 days later with brand new phone gone, new converse shoes, clothes, they even took the flip flops...I cried. What a disappointment as it effected my whole experience. We are apparently getting $100 back...how kind. Disappointed

Good Airlines.Business class cabin crew were awesome.Good food.Gift pouch given in business class is great.I travelled multi citys.From Dammam to Addis to Nairobi.From Nairobi to Addis to Dar es Salam.Dar es Salam to Addis.Addis to Dammam.All flights were on time.But there is no premium plaza lounge in Dammam.Premium Plaza lounge of Nairobi Turkish lounge was awesome, outstanding, greatest food was great.
