Never flying Egypt Air again! It’s a bad airline as it is but the staff at this office were extremely rude and unprofessional especially one particular short haired woman who acts very snobby and treats customers like trash .The Egyptian manager at the office is also clueless he doesn’t know what his job is and his answer to all our inquiries was “I don’t know”Inshort the place is a scam.

Attention, they deliver your bags after 3 days and do not even compensate you for the damage suffered. I even spent the taxi money to go and get them and they wanted to pay me $ 50, I paid them back, I didnt need charity. I had to leave for a faraway place where the bags would never reach their destination, I lost 4 days of vacation, lost hotel money, I phoned and they even told me that they were not sure of the arrival date. Really unprofessional, they have lost a loyal customer!
