Situated right off the Nairobi-Dar main road within Arusha, this relatively small but elegant place guarantees satisfaction.The entrance may not be so pronounced, but as you go past the thorough security screening and the recently commissioned reception, you have full confidence that each dime about to be spent would be worth it.Very warm and welcoming receptionists and baggage handlers and a smooth check-in process.Sparkling clean, classy rooms and I love the way each floor has a differing interior theme at the waiting area. Nice thick carpet on the floor leading to the rooms that offers that elegant sensation and additionally takes care of potential disturbances from footsteps.Excellent catering services, with very friendly yet efficient waiters. Clean swimming pool.The parking lot doesnt seem to be able to cater for numerous guests, but then again, most visitors seem to be dropped off by cabs.Five years since I last visited and guess what? Was coincidentally given same comfy room Id previously stayed in.A visit to Arusha in my opinion is incomplete without at least a night at SG resort; keep the good work going.

The hotel is near town, very quiet, and I had a very good experience there. From the staff to the management, everyone was good.

We only stayed one nigt and arrived quite late but the kitchen staff was very helpful to still cook us a meal. The room was comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was ok with different choices of food. Theres a night club nearby which can be loud. We left next morning so didnt have the chance to explore much.

It has been renovated and has various sized rooms for conferences and has a nice buffet lunch menu variety and has a medium sized bar that serves most of hard drinks beer and soft drinks priced reasonably on the high side, also has rooms and a small swimming pool private car parking with security

SG Premium Resort, is the big hotel, which provides better services to their customers during the day and night. This place is near the big road going to our neighboring country Kenya.Also, is near Petrol station called Puma. For those who want to visit, your warmly welcome.

The bed was quite comfortable. receiptionist not friendly. for those hu dont eat pork, be careful. breakfast variety no good.

The hotel is good and should get 4 star but am giving 3 star bcoz hot water was not there, shower pressure too low, internet WiFi was pathetic
