Overall convenient location, because its right next to the bus stand.40k single, 50k double, 60k twin are reasonable prices too.WiFi speed is average.Basics like toothbrushes and toothpaste are provided.Food at the restaurant is also good, but little variety.However, we didnt have hot water in spite of asking twice and even though they promised we would have some, and service can be a bit slow especially ironing and laundry.Also, get your clothes done early because the person in charge leaves late afternoon and arrives at 8am.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for 2 weeks and it was great! The room is cozy and the shower is great: strong pressure and plenty of hot water. The hotel restaurant has great food for great prices as well, we’ve had just about every available menu item. The staff is all very nice and the manager continuously went out of his way to help us on many occasions. He helped us buy medicine at a nearby pharmacy and parked our motorbike in a locked room overnight. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Great hotel in a good location. Rooms are clean. There is a nightclub on the top floor of the hotel, so there tends to be a crowd outside at night. However the club uses a different elevator so they dont disturb the guests

Make sure you do not book online or through any booking website. Management will claim they have never received payment and will refuse the booking. They say they dont do bookings over the Internet, so if you are booking online, stop. Theyll try and charge you double the price for a new room. Stay well away!

It is a nice hotel. You can get breakfast in the morning. There is a free wireless connection for guest. Although it is very close to Arusha bus stand, it is a quite place.

I couldnt sleep well due to discomfort caused by the old matress. Room facilities need to be improved.

An okayish hotel for the budget traveler.Not much to write home about and fortunately nothing to complain about either.The hotel is abit too close to a very busy bus stage, not sure if thats a good or bad thing, it got noisy at times but the proximity saved me some transport re-connection hassles.The awesome views of the hills around (including the mighty Kilimanjaro on a good morning) were actually its saving grace, though with the abundance of similar hotels in Arusha, none can claim the sole advantage.The location is handy enough as its not far from some stunning and breathtaking hike routes into the hills.

Given the price I think it was a good place to stay at. Great customer service too4stars because I didnt really like their breakfast but all in all it was a good experience

Hotel is in the middle of the city of Arusha, good for business people who wants to do business right in Arusha city centre. It is next to a bus station and many amenities.

It is what you get for TZS 40000 a night. At least it is clean, but may noisy due to the surrounding mosque.
