We were on a tight budget and were very pleasantly surprised. They were very friendly and had everything prepared for us even though we arrived after midnight.True hospitality.

They need to improve how the treat guests

We had a very nice moment during our stay. Friend staff with accurate information about Arusha. We were group of friends stay their for meeting and entertainment and overnight .Room is clear and tides ,hot shower, wire less internet arround each Conner .Excellent food especially traditional bbq.I recommend this place and will visit again .

We stayed for two weeks and had a wonderful time. The location is convenient to Arusha and the airports, but in a quiet location. The staff are warm and welcoming, and ber professional. Highly recommend staying here!

Mzunguu safari lodge is a wonderful place to rest. Its located in a decent area where theres everything one can need.

Breakfast was cooked to order and delicious.Perfect Start for TanzaniaWe stayed two nights in Mzunguu Safari Lodge after arriving at 4 a.m. at Kilimanjaro airport, and this was a perfect start into our vacation. We had pre-booked that the room would be already available, and this worked well: when arriving at the lodge, service staff was already waiting for us with the keys and helping with luggage, so that we could sleep for a few more hours before enjoying our first breakfast in Africa.The Lodge consists of nicely furnished and very clean. They are located in a with flowers and lots of different birds, and a central area with wonderful view of Mount Meru.Food was surprisingly good, we had one day the daily menu and the second day outside BBQ, both times very tasty and nice service.The Lodge is closely located to Arusha National Park (around 15 min drive) and about 30 min from the airport resp. the town Arusha, and therefore a good starting point for getting used to Safari feeling. It is a really good environment for any stay in this region of Arusha. Not only, the proximity to tourist areas like the Arusha National Park, the Mount Meru Reserve ... and especially its very hospitable staff.

Sucks like for the money that ask for a room. Its stuffy, the rooms are cramped, the location is dumb on the street. Unpleasant
