Stayed here for 12 days with my family. We had the best time! Everything was arranged perfectly. The staff is very kind and did everything for making us happy, the food is good and they can arrange everything. The garden is amazing with a big terrace, sunbeds and a nice swimming pool. The view on the beach is also wonderful. We really liked the island, with the driver we made some really nice trips. We would really recommend staying here.

Amazing! Stayed here for a weekend and only regret is I couldnt stay longer. Attentive staff that tended to daily needs and arranged everything from food to transport to/from ferry/airport and around town. Breakfast is included and lunch or dinner can be ordered from a menu. Onsite security, private pool, nice rooms, hot water, and the beach right outside your back door! Would love to visit again!

Very nice traditional vila at the beach, simple furnished, but with great and helpful staff.

Beautiful and tranquil place. Nice staff, trusted and helpful. And best of all, in the nice and calm area of a local Jambiani village.

We had a wonderfull time at Kipepo,friendly and helpfull staff that fix more or less everything and the place is perfected located right next to the beach.

Great holiday, spent in a fantastic location. Everybody at Kipepeo is friendly and helpful. I would really recommend this place.

As a family, 12 at the villa, 6 at the Sea View Lodge hotel (100m away and not recommendable at all), we had an idyllic week.Owner Michela, manager Sylvia, villa staff (8 people), everyone went out of their way to make us happy and meet our needs.The ultimate, Rebeccas massages: a marvel.The villa, right on the water, is very well located on the wonderful Jambiani beach.I highly recommendBibi

I can only confirm the great view, the beach is a few meters away. And they have delicious ice creams from local ingredients (coconut, cinnamon, passion fruit, ibyšek, etc.)

The reception of the staff is fantastic and the location of the Lodge is sublime! We spent 10 days indimenticabili..Grazie!
