We spent here 10 very beautiful and pleasant days. The hotel has a beautiful view, beach and its own restaurant. The service was the best in the world. I would like to say a special thank to Ramadan for his hospitality, then to thank Paul and Fatila, they were just the best! Without them this stay wouldnt be so perfect. Also the room service, the guys at the pool and at the gate were so friendly, I felt just like home. Rooms and the pool were always clean. The food was magnificent, warm and delicious! Ramadan helped me a lot during my stay and I even learnd with him new words in swahili.

This place is a home away from home.... the rooms are big, they have a sitting room, dining room and a kitchen. All fully furnished.And I almost forgot their Wi-Fi is excellent, allows you to use Netflix for your movies.The staff is so friendly and caring.The food is lovely and yummy, I really loved their special breakfast, fruits and all....Coffee is hot and the best in Zanzibar.My favourite part, their swimming pool. So clean, well maintained and large. The pool has lighting which allows you to swim even in the night of you so wish.The environment is so cool, quiet and refreshing. Right on the sea side.It a the best for sunset viewing guys.I can say its the best hotel according to me in Zanzibar. I really enjoyed and loved my stay there.Checkout my pics, its more than what you will see in the pictures.

The hotel is really nice, clean and tidy, beautifull swimming pool and gardens, a nice gym , the rooms are big and very comfortable but the very special of the hotel is the people working there, they are all so nice, kind and polite always very attentive to customer needs, Haji a young front desk clerk, could not have done better to make us feel completely at home! I highly recommend this hotel for a very pleasant holiday.

I didnt like the place was too costly for nothing. Other than swimming no other fun activity. The room was small and squeezed. Wasnt worth the money at all. Its too far from the town so one is limited from touring the place. The room are clean though but thats just about it. Nothing to write home about! Very boring place.

Royal cliff zanzibar is a beatifully located place about 10mins drive from Chuini Main road. The place is kid friendly it has a small playground for children. A lovely swimming pool located at right at the end of villas facing sea. Its an ideal place for family vacation or a relaxing holiday. It has a quite and relaxing atmosphere. It has four villas all named after stone town streets. The villas are spacious with private balcony suitable for family. The staff are friendly and cheerful. We had gone for conference and had a good experience. The owner was very welcoming and friendly.

Amazing place and staff. Got it last minute but ended up being a great choice. Airport pick up and drop off all went well. I had a great time with my wife and kids. Great place for families. Nice pool, great rooms, beach front and lots of activity options offered. The food is mazing (Lobster and Changu fish are a must have). Thanks a lot Mubarak, Abdul, Ali, Irene, Mohammed, Chef Hamis and Idi for making our stay memorable. We love you all. We hope to visit again soon.

Hotel is very nice. Pool, beautiful garden. Staff is really very nice and all requests are met if possible. Food is good. Who knows the tides has no problems. The hotel is run by Muslims, you just dont notice anything from the serving of alcohol, so its not suitable for people who want to party.

Do you want solitude? An ideal and safe place with helpful staff. It is good to create a supply of alcohol and water before arrival. Alcohol available at the prison bar next door. Breakfast sufficient, lunch dinner in one hotel restaurant. After a longer stay, it is possible to go along the beach to another restaurant in the area. Rooms perfectly clean. Wifi treads the situation in Africa perfectly. I liked it, a very quiet place in privacy with a few guests. Hakuna matata, willing to arrange everything for reasonable money.

It was empty when we went. Very clean but I was reforming somewhere. You dont have any alcohol, but they were friendly and offered to buy us some beers.

Russian design paired with Chinese quality. Wanted but not able. Unfortunately we did not feel well. For the price we expected more. In addition, 5 percent extra to be paid if you pay by credit card.
