Worst experience ever!We booked a snorkeling tour with them. When we were coming back from the snorkeling the captain took a short cut throughout a low tight path because he didnt have enough gasoline. The boat hit a rock from below and the waves sank the boat. The boat only had 3 life vests (we were 9) and the captain instead of helping us, was more worried to save the snorkleing equipment.We were lucky that another boat was near, so we swam to the other boat. All our phones were dead and some people injured.When we were back to the Tour office the lady didnt even gave us back the full amount that we paid. When we told her that we could die there she said: You are not in Europe, you are in Africa. Here people died everyday.She also has a restaurant, an exchange office and some cabins, if she follows the same practices as the tours office, I really not recommend any of her businesses.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. We wanted to see dolphins and go snorkling, but we were afraid to buy the trip from guys who were offering it at the beach, that is why we found this company that was more expensive but had a licence. The guy told us he would reimburse us if anything went wrong, so we booked the trip with them. Unlike other boats which always had two captains, we had only one captain; a young boy who was not more than 19 years old. On the way back our boat sank 400 metres from the shore and we lost all our things. My mother, aunt and my boyfriend got hurt. We were swimming about 30 minutes on the spot, just holding to empty plastic bottles (cause the guy did not have life jackets) until finally another boat spotted us and took us back to Nungwi. We went to the office to complain. It took us 40 minutes arguing with the personel to send doctor who would check the hurt ones. When I asked for the money, the lady refused because she already paid for the doctor... nobody reimbursed the price we paid nor the things (cell phones, cameras) that we lost. When I insisted on getting money back because we didnt get what we ordered, she yelled: you ordered dolphins watchings and snorkeling and you got that. So what do you want! When I replied that we also ordered to get back safely, she kicked me out. They are only nice before you pay them. When something goes wrong, they do not want to take responsibility and get agressive. Btw, not even once they apologised.

Never more. Run away as quickly as possible. Worst experience in my life with snorkeling tour.

A good discovery for us on Nungwi! Excursions in prices and well organized. We were able to visit the island of Memba in accordance with what was sold to us 👍We can also exchange at a higher rate than the hotel.The staff are pleasant and give advice.Dont hesitate to go there!
